Abstract

Se refiere a un compuesto enantiomericamente puro de formula I y formula II, donde: n es 0 o 1; cuando n es 0, R1 es alquilo C2-C20, cicloalquilo o heterocicloalquilo sustituido o no sustituido; cuando n es 1, R1 es ciano, carboxilato, alcoxicarbonilo, entre otros; R2 es hidrogeno, alquilo, cicloalquilo, entre otros. Son compuestos preferidos: (2Z,4E)-5-((S)-3-etil-1-hidroxi-2,6,6-trimetil-4-oxociclohex-2-en-1-il)-3-metilpenta-2,4-dienoato de metilo; acido (2Z,4E)-5-((S)-3-etil-1-hidroxi-2,6,6-trimetil-4-oxociclohex-2-en-1-il)-3-metilpenta-2,4-dienoico; entre otros. Tambien se refiere a un proceso de preparacion. Dichos compuestos son derivados de acido abscisico-(S) ((S)-ABA) y acido abscisico racemico ((±)-ABA), siendo utiles en la proteccion de las plantas del estres por sequia, raleo, coloracion de frutos, entre otros
