Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Un compuesto enantioméricamente puro de fórmula (1), donde: n es 0 ó 1; cuando n es 0, R¹ es alquilo C₂₋₂₀, cicloalquilo o heterocicloalquilo sustituido o no sustituido; cuando n es 1, R¹ es ciano (-CN), carboxilato (-CO₂H), alcoxioarbonilo (-CO₂R), carbamoilo no sustituido, sustituido una o dos veces (-CONRR), alquenilo, cicloalquenilo, alquinilo, arilo o heteroarilo sustituido o no sustituido; R² es hidrógeno, alquilo, cicloalquilo, heterocicloalquilo, alquenilo, cicloalquenilo, alquinilo, arilo o heteroarilo sustituido o no sustituido; y R y R son hidrógeno, alquilo C₁₋₂₀ de cadena recta o ramificada, cicloalquilo o heterocicloalquilo de sustituido o no sustituido; y las sales de los mismos.
