Abstract
Se refiere a un compuesto de formula I, donde: X es CR4 o N; A es fenilo opcionalmente sustituido, piridinilo sustituido, entre otros; R1 es H, -CH3, -CF3, entre otros; R2 es H, -CH3, ciclopropilo, entre otros; R3 es H, F, Cl, entre otros. Son compuestos preferidos: 4-(3-acrilamido-2-metilfenil)-3-metil-1H-indol-7-carboxamida, 5-fluoro-2,3-dimetil-4-(3-N-metilacrilamido)fenil)-1H-indol-7-carboxamida, entre otros. Tambien se refiere a una composicion farmaceutica. Dichos compuestos inhiben la tirosina cinasa de Bruton (Btk) y son utiles en el tratamiento de enfermedades autoinmunes y enfermedades vasculares
