Abstract
Se refiere a un compuesto de formula I, donde: R1 es 1H-pirazolo[3,4-d]pirimidin-4-amina, 9H-purin-6-amina, entre otros; R2 es hidrogeno, alquilo opcionalmente sustituido, entre otros; R3 es arilo opcionalmente sustituido, cicloalquilo opcionalmente sustituido, entre otros; R4 es halogeno sustituido, alquilo, entre otros; n es 0, 1 o 2. Son compuestos preferidos: 4-amino-6-((1-(7-fluoro-4-oxo-3-fenil-4H-quinolizina-2-il)etil)amino)-pirimidina-5-carbonitrilo; 2-(1-((2-amino-9H-purin-6-il)amino)etil)-7-fluoro-3-(3-fluorofenil)-4H-quinolizina-4-ona; entre otros. Tambien se refiere a una composicion farmaceutica y a un metodo de tratamiento. Dichos compuestos derivados de quinolizinona son inhibidores de PI3K, siendo utiles en el tratamiento de cancer, trastornos inflamatorios o trastornos autoinmunes
