Abstract
SE REFIERE A UN METODO PARA TRATAR AGUA QUE CONTIENE IONES DE MAGNESIO, CALCIO Y SODIO DISUELTO, QUE COMPRENDE: i) REMOVER LOS IONES DE MAGNESIO, CALCIO Y SODIO DEL AGUA AL PONER EN CONTACTO EL AGUA CON UNA RESINA DE INTERCAMBIO CATIONICO A FIN DE CAPTURAR LOS IONES; ii) TRATAR LAS RESINAS DE INTERCAMBIO CATIONICO DEL PASO (I) CON ACIDO NITRICO CON EL OBJETIVO DE PRODUCIR UN ELUYENTE QUE CONTENGA IONES DE SODIO, CALCIO ENTRE OTROS; iii) AGREGAR UN CARBONATO AL ELUYENTE A FIN DE PRECIPITAR LOS IONES DE CALCIO Y MAGNESIO COMO CARBONATO DE CALCIO Y CARBONATO DE MAGNESIO; iv) SEPARAR LOS CARBONATOS PRECIPITADOS DEL ELUYENTE; v) TRATAR EL ELUYENTE DEL PASO (iv) A FIN DE OBTENER UN PRODUCTO DE NITRATO DE POTASIO Y SODIO; vi) AGREGAR CLORURO DE POTASIO AL ELUYENTE; vii) TRATAR EL ELUYENTE DEL PASO (iii) PARA HACER QUE LOS IONES DE SODIO EN EL ELUYENTE SE CRISTALICEN COMO UN CLORURO DE SODIO; SEPARAR EL CLORURO DE SODIO CRISTALIZADO DEL ELUYENTE DEL PASO (iv) A FIN DE PRODUCIR CRISTALES DEL CLORURO DE SODIO Y UN ELUYENTE QUE CONTIENE NITRATO DE POTASIO EN SOLUCION; ix) RECUPERAR NITRATO DE POTASIO DEL ELUYENTE DEL PASO (viii).
