DICHO PROCESO COMPRENDE LOS PASOS DE: a) CRECER LA CEPA BACTERIANA BACILLUS SP. FORMANDO AGREGADOS ESPONTANEOS DE CELULAS BACTERIANAS; b) DEJAR DE SEDIMENTAR LOS AGREGADOS DE CELULAS BACTERIANAS PARA CONCENTRARLOS, RETIRAR EL MEDIO DE CULTIVO Y LAVAR CON AGUA; c) CONTACTAR LOS AGREGADOS DE CELULAS BACTERIANAS CONCENTRADOS CON UNA SOLUCION DE POLIETILENIMINA EN METANOL Y DEJAR REACCIONAR; d) CONTACTAR LOS AGREGADOS DE CELULAS BACTERIANAS CONCENTRADOS TRATADOS CON POLIETILENIMINA CON UNA SOLUCION DE GLUTARALDEHIDO; Y e) DEJAR DE SEDIMENTAR Y LAVAR CON AGUA PARA OBTENER EL BIOSORBENTE.
