SE REFIERE A UN PROCESO DE AMONOLISIS PARA LA PREPARACION DE UN INTERMEDIARIO DE ESTRUCTURA (A) TAL COMO ESTER 1-(1,1-DIMETILETILICO) DEL ACIDO (5S)-5-AMINOCARBONIL-4,5-DIHIDRO-1H-PIRROL-1-CARBOXILICO, QUE COMPRENDE EN: i) PROPOCIONAR UN ESTER DE FORMULA (B) TAL COMO ESTER 1-(1,1-DIMETILETIL)-5-ETILICO O 5-METILICO DEL ACIDO (5S)-4,5-DIHIDRO-1H-PIRROL-1,5-DICARBOXILICO; Y ii) HACER REACCIONAR EL ESTER (B) CON UNA FUENTE DE AMONIACO TAL COMO FORMAMIDA, GAS AMONIACO, CARBAMATO DE AMONIO, FORMIATO DE AMONIO, ENTRE OTROS Y UNA BASE TAL COMO ALCOXIDO DE METAL ALCALI, SIENDO SELECCIONADO METOXIDO DE SODIO, DE POTASIO, DE LITIO, DE MAGNESIO, ETOXIDO DE SODIO, DE POTASIO, DE LITIO, ENTRE OTROS.
