QUE COMPRENDE: A)ALMACENAMIENTO DE AGUA DE COLA DE 6 °BRIX A 9 °BRIX Y DEL CONCENTRADO DE 30 °BRIX A 35°BRIX; B)CENTRIFUGACION DE LOS SOLIDOS DEL AGUA DE COLA Y/O CONCENTRADO; C)SEPARACION DE SOLIDOS INSOLUBLES POR FILTRACION QUEDANDO EN EL PROCESO SOLO LIQUIDOS SOLUBLES; D)EVAPORACION DE LOS SOLIDOS SOLUBLES EN DOS FASES: i)EVAPORACION AL VACIO ENTRE 45 °BRIX Y 50°BRIX DURANTE DE DOS HORAS, ii)EVAPORACION AL VACIO ENTRE 68 °BRIX Y 72 °BRIX DURANTE 5 HORAS; E)ALMACENAMIENTO DEL SOLIDO SOLUBLE DE PESCADO; F)ENVASADO DEL MISMO. DICHO CONCENTRADO PUEDE SER USADO COMO MATERIA PRIMA O AGENTE ENRIQUECEDOR DE PRODUCTOS ALIMENTICIOSWHICH INCLUDES: A) STORAGE OF COLA WATER FROM 6 ° BRIX TO 9 ° BRIX AND OF THE CONCENTRATE FROM 30 ° BRIX TO 35 ° BRIX; B) CENTRIFUGATION OF THE SOLIDS FROM THE COLA WATER AND / OR CONCENTRATE; C) SEPARATION OF INSOLUBLE SOLIDS BY FILTRATION REMAINING IN THE PROCESS ONLY SOLUBLE LIQUIDS; D) EVAPORATION OF SOLUBLE SOLIDS IN TWO PHASES: i) EVAPORATION IN VACUUM BETWEEN 45 ° BRIX AND 50 ° BRIX DURING TWO HOURS, ii) EVAPORATION IN VACUUM BETWEEN 68 ° BRIX AND 72 ° BRIX DURING 5 HOURS; E) STORAGE OF SOLUBLE SOLUBLE FISH; F) PACKAGING OF THE SAME. IT ALSO REFERS TO A SOLUBLE FISH CONCENTRATE OBTAINED ACCORDING TO THE DESCRIBED PROCEDURE, WHICH INCLUDES PROTEINS OF HIGH BIOLOGICAL VALUE, ESSENTIAL AMINO ACIDS, MOSTLY GROUP B VITAMINS AND MINERAL SALTS.
