EL METODO COMPRENDE: a) COLOCAR UNA SUPERFICIE DE CONTACTO DE COBRE DE POR LO MENOS UN EXTREMO DE LA BARRA DE SOPORTE, ENCIMA DE UNA BARRA COLECTORA DE LA CELDA; b) FORMAR UNA CAPA DE TRANSMISION SOBRE EL AREA DE LA SUPERFICIE INFERIOR DEL EXTREMO DE COBRE DE LA BARRA DE SOPORTE, LLAMADA SUPERFICIE DE CONTACTO; c) REVESTIR LA SUPERFICIE DE CONTACTO CON UN METAL O ALEACION DE METAL ALTAMENTE ELECTROCONDUCTORES, DE MODO QUE EL MATERIAL DEL REVESTIMIENTO FORMA UN EMPALME METALURGICO CON EL COBRE Y LA CAPA DE TRANSMISION HECHA DE ESTANO O ALEACION CON ALTO CONTENIDO DE ESTANO; Y, d) SOMETER LA SUPERFICIE DE CONTACTO A TRATAMIENTO POR CALOR DESPUES DE (c). THE METHOD INCLUDES: a) PLACING A COPPER CONTACT SURFACE OF AT LEAST ONE END OF THE SUPPORT BAR, ON TOP OF A CALL BUSBAR; b) FORM A TRANSMISSION LAYER ON THE AREA OF THE LOWER SURFACE OF THE COPPER END OF THE SUPPORT BAR, CALLED THE CONTACT SURFACE; c) COATING THE CONTACT SURFACE WITH A HIGHLY ELECTRO-CONDUCTIVE METAL OR METAL ALLOY, SO THAT THE COATING MATERIAL FORMS A METALLURGICAL JOINT WITH THE COPPER AND THE TRANSMISSION LAYER MADE OF TANE OR ALLOY WITH HIGH CONTENT OF STAIN; AND, d) SUBMIT THE CONTACT SURFACE TO HEAT TREATMENT AFTER (c). THE COATING LAYER IS MADE OF SILVER, COPPER OR SILVER-COPPER ALLOY, AND IS FORMED USING WELDING TECHNIQUE, AND THERMAL SPRAYING TECHNIQUES BASED ON GAS COMBUSTION, HIGH SPEED OXY-FUEL OR FLAME. THE COPPER CORE OF THE SUPPORT BAR IS SURROUNDED BY A WRAPPING SECTION OF REFINED STEEL, TITANIUM OR LEAD, WHICH IS SEPARATED FROM THE LOWER SURFACE OF AT LEAST ONE END OF THE SUPPORT BAR. COATING MATERIAL IS IN THE FORM OF POWDER OR WIRE
