Claims (4)
- 크랭크의 회전각도를 검출하는 크랭크각센서본체와, 점화코일의 1차코일로 흐르는 전류는 단속통전하여 파워트랜지스터 및 하이브리드 집적회로로된 파워스위치가 일체로 구성된 기구를 사용한 내연기관용 점화장치에 있어서, 상기 파워스위치는 상기 파워트랜지스터와 상기 하이브리드 집적회로가 몰드패키지되어서 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 점화장치.
- 크랭크축의 회전각을 검출하고 제어컴퓨터에 크랭크회전각 정보를 출력하는 크랭크각센서부와, 제어컴퓨터로부터의 신호에 따라 점화코일의 1차코일 통전전류를 단속하는 파워트랜지스터 및 그 파워트랜지스터의 동작을 제어하는 하이브리드 집적회로로된 파워스위치부와, 상기 크랭크각센서부 및 파워스위치부를 수납하는 패키지와, 상기 파워스위치가 고착되는 히트싱크로 구성된 기구를 구비한 내연기관용 점화장치에 있어서, 상기 파워스위치는 상기 파워드랜지스터와 상기 하이브리드 집적회로가 몰드패키지되어서 구성되어 있는 동시에 상기 패키지에 수납된 스프링재에 의하여 상기 히트싱크측으로 가압되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 점화장치.
- 크랭크축의 회전각을 검출하고 제어컴퓨터에 크랭크회전각 정보를 출력하는 크랭크각센서부와, 제어컴퓨터로부터의 신호에 따라 점화코일의 1차코일 통전전류를 단속하는 파워트랜지스터 및 그의 파워트랜지스터의 동작을 제어하는 하이브리드 집적회로를 몰드패키지한 파워스위치부와, 상기 크랭크각센서부 및 파워스위치부를 수납하는 패키지와, 상기 파워스위치가 고착되는 히트싱크로된 기구를 구비한 내연기관용 점화장치에 있어서, 상기 크랭크각센서부 및 상기 파워스위치부를 수납하는 상기 패키지를 몰드성형시 상기 패키지에 설치된 커넥터에 일단이 접속된 인서트의 타단과 상기 파워스위치의 도선을 접속한 후에 상기 몰드성형을 실시한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 점화장치.
