Description
Claims (21)
- 기재가 실질적으로 폴리이미드를 주성분으로 하는 이음매없는 관형상물이고, 그 바깥쪽표면에 도전성 프라이머층이 존재하고, 그 바깥쪽 표면에 불소수지의 소성층이 존재하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드복합관형상물.
- 제l항에있어서, 폴리이미드이음매없는 관형상물은, 폴리이미드전구체용액을 원통형상금형의 바깥쪽 표면에 링형상금형으로 일정두께로 캐스트성형하고, 이어서 건조후 가열해서 이미드전화반응을 도중단계까지 행하고, 이어서 도전성프라이머층과 불소수지층을 이 순번으로 형성하고, 이어서 이미드전화완결반응과 불소수지의 소성처리를 동시에 행한 것임을 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드복합관형상물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이미드의 두께가, 3∼500㎛의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드복합관형상물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 도전성프라이머층이, 폴리페닐렌술피드, 폴리에테르술폰, 폴리술폰, 폴리아미드이미드, 폴리이미드 및 이들의 유도체 및 불소수지로부터 선택되는 적어도 l개의 화합물을 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드복합관형상물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 도전성프라이머층의 두께가, 0.5∼10㎛의 범위이고, 또한 노출부를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드복합관형상물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 도전성프라이머층의 표면전기저항이, 1×10-2Ω·cm∼1×107Ω·cm의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드복합관형상물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 도전성프라이머층이 카본분말을 1∼40wt% 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드복합관형상물.
- 제l항에 있어서, 불소수지가, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE), 테트라플루오로에틸렌-퍼플루오로알킬비닐에테르공중합체(PFA), 테트라플루오로에틸렌-헥사플루오로프로필렌공중합체(FEP)로부터 선택되는 적어도 1개의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드복합관형상물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불소수지층의 두께가 2∼30㎛의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드복합관형상물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불소수지층이 카본분말을 0.1∼3.0wt% 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 복합관형상물.
- 폴리이미드전구체용액을 원통형상금형의 표면에 캐스트성형하고, 이어서 건조후 가열해서 이미드전화반응을 행하여 실질적으로 폴리이미드를 주성분으로 하는 이음매없는 복합관형상물을 제조하는 방법으로서, 이미드전화반응이 완결할때까지의 단계에서폴리이미드반경화관형상물의 표면에, 도전성프라이머성분을 도포 건조하여, 이어서 불소수지를 코팅하고, 그후 가열처리해서 이미드전화반응의 완결처리와 불소수지의 소성처리를 동시에 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드복합관형상물의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 이미드전화반응이 완결할때까지의 단계, 즉 폴리 이미드반경화상태가, 폴리 이미드전구체의 두께축소율 50∼95%의 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드복합관형상물의 제조방법. 단, 두께축소율은 하기의 식 ①으로 구한다.X ={(Vo - Va/Vo}× 100 ···················①X : 폴리이미드전구체의 두께축소율Vo : 폴리이미드전구체의 최초의 도포성형두께Va : 폴리이미드전구체의 이미드전화반응후의 두께의 도중단계의 두께
- 제11항에있어서, 불소수지가 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE), 테트라플루오로에틸렌-퍼플루오로알킬비닐에테르공중합체(PFA), 테트라플루오로에틸렌-헥사플루오로프로필렌공중합체(FEP)로부터 선택되는 적어도 1개의 화합물의 물분산액이며, 침지법에 의해 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드복합관형상물의 제조방법.
- 제11항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 불소수지에 카본블랙을 0.1∼3.0wt% 혼합시킨 조성물 코팅액을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드복합관형상물의 제조방법.
- 제11항에있어서, 원통형상금형의 표면에, 폴리이미드반경화관형상물을 부착시킨 상태에서, 폴리이미드반경화관형상물표면에 도전성프라이머성분을 코팅하고, 이어서 불소수지를 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드복합판형상물의 제조방법.
- 제l1항에 있어서, 원통형상금형을 회전시키면서 불소수지를 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드복합관형상물의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 폴리이미드전구체용액이 방향족계 폴리이미드전구체이고, 그 점도가 50∼l0000포이즈인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드복합관형상물의 제조방법.
- 제1l항에 있어서, 폴리이미드전구체용액의 도포두께가 10∼1000㎛ 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드복합관형상물의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 원통형상금형의 바깥표면에 폴리이미드전구체용액을 실질적으로 균일두께로 성형하는 수단이, 상기 원통형상금형의 바깥쪽에 일정한 틈새를 가진 바깥금형을 배치시키고, 상기 원통형상금형 또는 상기 바깥금형중에서 적어도 한쪽을 이동하는 방법인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드복합관형상물의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 도전성프라이머층이 카본분말을 1∼40wt% 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드복합관형상물의 제조방법
- 제1l항에있어서, 원통형상금형을 회전시키면서 도전성프라이머를 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드복합관형상물의 제조방법.
