진공청소기 전원 및 권선장치 작동버튼 겸용 기구
제1도는 종래의 기술구성에 따른 실시예를 도시한 사시도.

제3도는 권선장치 버튼이 실장된 구조를 나타낸 단면도.
제4도는 본 고안의 실시예를 도시한 사시도.

제6도는 본 고안의 작동상태를 도시한 단면도이다.
＊도면의 주요부분에 대한 부호의 설명
20 : 스프링(spring) 21 : 레버(lever)누르개
22 : 힌지부 23 : 겸용 버튼(button)
24 : 힌지수용부 25 : 개구부
본 고안은 진공청소기의 전원 버튼(button) 및 권선장치 버튼에 관한 것으로보다 상세하게는 전원 버튼과 권선장치 버튼을 일체화시킴으로서 부품수를 줄이고 생산비를 절감하도록 한 진공청소기 전원 및 권선장치 작동 버튼 겸용 기구에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 종래의 진공청소기에 있어서 전원 버튼과 권선장치 버튼은 분리되어 있는바, 제1도 내지 제3도에 의해 설명하면 다음과 같다.
즉1도에 도시한 바와같이, 일반적인 진공청소기(1)의 본체부(3)는 내부 칸막이벽에 의해 구획되어진 집진실, 구동실, 및 권선장치 수납실(미도시함)을 가지고, 다단으로 연결접속되는 연장관(미도시함)에 연결되어 공기통로를 형성함과 동시에, 상기 본체부(3)내의 집진실로 착탈이 자유로운 호스도관(4)과 결합되는 연결구(5)를 갖추고 있다.
그리고, 상기 본체부(3)의 후방 상부면에는 전원 버튼(6)과 권선장치 버튼(7)이 각각 실장되어 있다.
상기 버튼(6)(7)의 실장구조를 제2도 및 제3도에 도시한 바, 즉 상기 전원버튼(6)은 제2도에 도시한 바와 같이, 버튼의 내부에서 푸쉬 버튼 스위치(push button switch)(8)를 머리부(8a)를 수용하고, 상기 본체부(3)의 상부면으로부터 이탈되지 않도록 걸림턱부(9)를 갖추고 있다.
그리고, 상기 권선장치 버튼(7)은 제3도에 도시한 바와 같이, 버튼의 하단부가 권선장치 작동레버(lever)(10)와 결합되어 있고, 상기 작동레버(10)는 권선장치(11) 전원선(12)의 인입 및인출을 제어하기 위해 멈춤레버(14)와 연결되어 있으며, 상기 멈춤 레버(14)의 끝단부에는 회전통(15)의 회전을 통제하는 멈춤롤러(13)가 연결되어 있다.
상기한 종래의 기술구성에 의해 발생되는 문제점은 다음과 같다.
즉, 전원버튼(6)과 권선장치 버튼(7)이 진공 청소기 본체부(3)의 상부면에서 각각분리되어 조립됨으로서, 상기 버튼(6)(7)을 사출 성형하기 위해서는 상기 버튼(6)(7)의 사출구조에 맞도록 각각 복잡한 금형 제작이 요구되며, 상기 버튼(6)(7)을 각각 조립하는 데에 있어서는 조립공정이 복잡해지고 조립시간이 길어지는 문제점이 발생한다.
따라서, 본 고안은 상기의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출한 것으로서, 그 목적은, 전원버튼과 권선장치 버튼을 일체화 시킴으로서 부품수를 줄이고 생산비를 절감하도록 한 진공청소기 전원 및 권선장치 작동 버튼 겸용 기구를 제공함에 있다.
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 고안은,
진공청소기 본체부의 후방 상부면에서 각각 분리되어 작동하는 전원 및 권선장치 버튼에 있어서, 내측 일단부에서 하방으로 돌출되고 스프링이 장착된 레버누르개와 중앙부의 양측부로부터 외부로 돌출된 한쌍의 힌지부를 갖춘 상자 형상의 겸용버튼으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 진공청소기 전원 및 권선장치 작동버튼 겸용기구를 마련함에 의한다.
이하 첨부한 도면에 의하여 본 고안에 따른 전원 및 권선장치 작동버튼 겸용기구의 구성 및 작용에 대해 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다.
즉, 제4도 내지 제6도에 도시한 바와같이,
본 고안에 따른 전원 및 권선장치 작동 버튼 겸용기구는 상기 권선장치(11)의 작동레버(10)를 동작시키도록 내측 일단부에서 하방으로 돌출되고 스프링(20)이 장착된 레버 누르개(21)를 갖추며, 중앙부의 양측부에 외부로 돌출된 한쌍의 힌지부(22)를 갖춘 상자 형상의 겸용버튼(23)과, 상기 힌지부(22)를 수용하고, 상기 진공청소기 본체부(3)의 후방 상부면에 형성된 힌지 수용부(24), 그리고 상기 레버 누르개(21)가 관통되는 개구부(25)로 구성되어 있다.
한편, 전원 개폐용 상기 푸쉬 버튼 스위치(8)는 스위치 안착홈(16)에 안착 및 고정된다.
여기에서, 상기 레버 누르개(21)의 스프링(20)은 상기 레버 누르개(21)의 상단부에 삼격형의 리브(rib)로 형성된 스프링 끼움리브(26)에 의해 고정된다.
그리고, 상기 힌지부(22)는 제5도에 도시한 바와같이 상기 힌지부(22)의 원형 선단부의 절반이 하방으로 테이퍼진 형상을 갖추고 있음으로서, 상기 힌지부(22)가 상기 힌지 수용부(24)에 용이하게 끼워지도록 되어 있다.
제6도에 의해 본 고안의 작용을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
즉, 상기 겸용버튼(23)의 힌지부(22)를 상기 힌지 수용부(24)에 끼워서 장착시키면, 상기 겸용버튼(23)의 내측 일단부에 형성된 상기 레버 누르개(21)가 상기 개구부(25)를 통과하여 권선장치의 상기 작동레버(10)의 상단부와 맞닿게 되고, 상기겸용버튼(23)의 내측 타단부는 상기 푸쉬버튼 스위치(8)의 머리부(8a)와 맞닿게 된다.
상기한 바와같이, 장착된 상기 겸용 버튼(23)은 상기 힌지부(22)를 축으로 하여, 시고(see-saw)운동을 하는 바, 권선장치 작동 방향(27)으로 누르면, 상기 스프링(20)에 의해 복원되고, 전원 개폐방향(28)으로 누르면, 상기 푸쉬버튼 스위치(8)의 자체에 내장된 스프링(미도시)에 의해 복원된다.
따라서, 본 고안에 따른 전원 및 권선장치 작동 버튼 겸용기구에 의하면, 전원 버튼과 권선장치 버튼을 일체화하여 상기 겸용버튼(23)과 같은 간단한 구조를 형성시킴으로서, 종래의 복잡한 금형구조에 따른 고가의 금형 제작비를 대폭 절감하고, 나아가서 생산비를 절감한 데에 우수한 효과가 있다.
또한, 전원 및 권선장치 버튼을 하나로 단일화함으로서, 조립공정의 복잡성을 근본적으로 제거하고, 조립시간을 단축시킨데에도 효과가 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 진공청소기 본체부(3)의 후방 상부면에서 각각 분리되어 작동하는 전원 및 권선장치 버튼에 있어서, 내측 일단부에서 하방으로 돌출되고 스프링(20)이 장착된 레버누르개(21)와 중앙부의 양측부로부터 외부로 돌출된 한쌍의 힌지부(22)를 갖춘 상자 형상의 겸용버튼(23)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 진공청소기 전원 및 권선장치 작동버튼 겸용기구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스프링(20)이 상기 레버 누르개(21)의 상단부에서 삼각형의 리브(rib)로 형성된 스프링끼움리브(26)에 의해 고정됨을 특징으로 하는 진공청소기 전원 및 권선장치 작동버튼 겸용기구.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 힌지부(22)가, 원형선단부의 절반이 하방으로 테이퍼진 형상을 갖추고 있고, 상기 진공 청소기 본체부(3)의 후방상부면에 형성된 힌지 수용부(24)에 안착됨을 특징으로 하는 진공 청소기 전원 및 권선장치 작동버튼 겸용기구.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 레버 누르개(21)가 상기 진공청소기 본체부(3)의 후방 상부면에 형성된 개구부(25)로 삽입됨을 특징으로 하는 진공청소기 전원 및 권선장치 작동 버튼 겸용기구.
