Abstract
본 발명은 자동차 배터리 운반장치에 관한 것으로, 자동차 조립공정에서 자동차에 배터리를 장착함에 있어서 공장내의 수직부재(2)에 부착되어 수평방향 및 상,하로 회전가능한 아암(3)과 이 아암 선단의 집게부 몸체(10)가 복수의 실린더(8,18,28,38)에 의해 상, 하승강 및 배터리(B)를 집어올려 자동차의 배터리장착부로 운반 및 장착시킬 수 있도록 한 자동차 배터리 운반장치에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 배터리 운반장치의 전체 사시도.
Claims (6)
- 조립공장의 천정에 가설되는 레일(R)에 이동가능하게 설치되는 수직부재(2)와, 상기 수직부재(2)의 하부에 후단이 하부힌지(4)에 의하여 힌지결합되는 아암(3)과 상기 아암(3)의 중간부에 로드(7)가 힌지결합되고 상기 수직부재(2)의 중간부에 상부힌지(5)에 의하여 몸체(6)가 결합되는 제1실린더(8)와, 상기 아암(3)의 선단에 힌지결합되는 집게부몸체(10)와, 상기 집게부 몸체(10)의 상부에 부착되는 핸들(11)과 상기 집게부 몸체(10)의 상부에 하방을 향하여 부착되는 제2실린더(18)와, 상기 제2실린더(18)의 로드(17)에 부착되는 승강브라켓(16)과, 상기 승강 브라켓(16)의 하부에 보울트에 의하여 부착되는 흡착패드(15)와, 상기 집게부 몸체(10)의 상부에 각각 외측을 향하여 대칭되게 부착되는 제3 및 제4실린더(28,38)와, 상기 제3 및 제4실린더(28,38)의 로드(27,37)에 각각 부착되는 수직 브라켓(26,36)과 상기 수직브라켓(26,36)의 하부 내면에 각각 부착되는 돌출턱(25,35)과, 상기 제1 내지 제4실린더(8,18,28,38)에 압축공기를 공급 및 차단하는 콘트롤부(9)를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 배터리 운반장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1실린더 내지 제4실린더(8,18,28,38)는 복동실린더인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차배터리 운반장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 승강 브라켓(16)의 상면에는 이 승강브라켓(16)의 승강작동을 가이드하기 위한 수직가이드 바(13)가 설치되어 집게부 몸체(10)의 가이드 구멍(12)에 삽입된 상태로 상,하 승강되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는자동차 배터리 운반장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 제3 및 제4실린더(28,38)에 부착된 수직 브라켓(26,36)에는 이 수직 브라켓(26,36)의 수평 방향이동을 가이드하기 위한 가이더(24,34)를 부착시켜 상기 집게부 몸체(10)의 상면에 슬라이드되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 배터리 운반장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수직부재(2)의 하단에 힌지결합된 아암(3)은 길이 조정이 가능하도록 구성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 배터리 운반장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아암(3)의 중간부에는 아암(3)의 길이방향으로 이동가능한 슬라이더(3b)를 설치하고, 이 슬라이더(3b)에 상기 제1실린더(8)의 로드(7)를 힌지결합하여 상기 슬라이더(3b)를 아암(3)의 길이방향으로 이동시켜 제1실린더(8)의 로드(7) 작동에 의한 아암(3)의 각도변환상태를 조절할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 배터리 운반장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
