Claims (7)
- 고정축, 상기 고정축 둘레에서 피벗가능하도록 상기 고정축 상에 지지된 풀리지지부, 상기 풀리지지부상에 지지된 풀리, 장력을 벨트에 전달하는 방향으로 상기 풀리지지부를 피벗하기 위한 장력전달수단, 다른하나와 공축으로 배열된 원통형부분을 가진 상기 풀리지지부와 상기 고정축중의 하나, 웨지형공간이 캠표면과 원통형부분 사이에 형성된 위치에서 캠표면을 형성한 다른 하나, 상기 풀리지지부가 느슨해진 벨트에 피벗하는 방향으로 더좁은 상기 웨지형공간, 상기 각각의 웨지형공간내에 각각 장착되고 상기 웨지형공간의 형상에 실절적으로 보완하는 형상을 가진 마찰부재, 및 상기 마찰부재를 상기 각각의 웨지형공간의 좁은 면적으로 가압하기 위하여 상기 각각의 웨지형 공간내에 각각 장착된 스프링부재로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 자동텐셔너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 풀리지지부는 상기 고정축과 공축으로 배열된 원통형부분을 가지고 있으며 상기 고정축은 캠표면으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동텐셔너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 풀리지지부는 상기 풀리가 회전가능하게 지지되는 원통형 외주표면을 가지고 있고 또한 상기 고정축을 수용하는 보어로 형성된 편심링이며 상기 보어는 상기 원통형 외주표면의 중심으로부터 오프셋된 축을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동텐셔너.
- 제1항에 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 풀리지지부는 한쪽끝에 원통형부분 및 다른쪽 끝에 상기 풀리를 회전가능하게 지지하는 축을 구비한 아암형상 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동텐셔너.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 캠표면은 나선형으로 뻗어 있거나 또는 상기 고정축의 축선으로부터 오프셋 위치된 각각의 중심을 가진 원형통로를 형성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동텐셔너.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 웨지형공간은 상기 마찰부재를 구비한 전체 접촉표면에 걸쳐서 대체로 일정한 웨지 각도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동텐셔너.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 마찰부재와 상기 각각의 캠표면 사이의 접촉부에서의 마찰계수는 상기 각각의 마찰부재와 상기 원통형부분 사이의 접촉부에서의 마찰계수보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 자동텐셔너.
