Claims (2)
- 수부재의 외주 및 암부재의 내주에 각기 설치되어 있음과 동시에 적어도 한편에 크라우닝을 구비한 스플라인 톱니가 양부재의 축방향으로 잇따른 상호압입에 의하여 결합되는 스플라인 결합구조에 있어서, 수부재 및 암부재의 적어도 한편에서 양부재의 상호압입전에 다른편의 부재에 대향하는 단부에는 한편의 부재의 단면 및 스플라인 톱니의 각 톱니 저면을 축방향 바깥쪽으로 부푼 원호형상으로 하여 원활하게 맺는 여러개의 제 1 가이드면과, 스플라인 톱니의 각 톱니 끝면 및 단면을 축방향 바깥쪽으로 부푼 원호형상으로 하여 원활하게 맺는 여러개의 제 2 가이드면과, 스플라인 톱니의 각 톱니면 및 각 제 2 가이드면을 축방향 바깥쪽으로 부푼 원호형상으로 하여 원활하게 맺는 여러개의 제 3 가이드면이 서로 원활하게 접속되어서 되는 압입 가이드면이 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 스플라인 결합구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 수부재가 구비한 수스플라인 톱니에는 암부재가 구비하는 암스플라인 톱니의 톱니면에 압입하는 톱니면 압입부를 길이방향 중앙부 양측에 있는 크라우닝이 설치되고, 암부재에 압입 가이드면이 설치되며, 수부재의 암부재에의 압입방향에 잇따라서 톱니면 압입부가 암스플라인 톱니의 톱니면 압입을 개시하는 압입개시위치에 대략 대응한 위치, 또는 압입개시위치에서 압입방향으로 잇따른 전방으로 차이진 위치에 암스플라인 톱니의 톱니 저면에의 수스플라인 톱니의 톱니 끝면의 압입개시위치가 설정되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 스플라인 결합구조.
