Claims (2)
- 새도우 마스크용 냉연강판에 있어서, 중량%로 C : 0.004% 이하, Mn : 0.1-0.4%, P : 0.02% 이하, S : 0.02%이하, 가용성 AI : 0.02-0.08%, N : 0.004% 이하, Cr : 0.02-0.06%, Nb : 0.0050-0.030%, 그리고 나머지는 Fe 및 불가피하게 함유되는 불순물로 조성되는 에칭성과 성형성이 우수한 새도우 마스크용 냉연강판.
- 새도우 마스크용 냉연강판의 제조방법에 있어서, 중량%로 C : 0.004% 이하, Mn : 0.1-0.4%, P : 0.02%이하, S : 0.02%이하, 가용성 A1 : 0.02-0.08%, N : 0.004% 이하, Cr : 0.02-0.06%, Nb : 0.0050-0.030%, 그리고 나머지는 Fe 및 불가피하게 함유되는 불순물로 조성되도록 한 극저탄소 알루미늄 킬드강을 1200-1250℃의 온도범위에서 균질화 처리한후, 900-940℃의 온도범위에서 마무리 열간압연하고 통상의 권취온도인 550-650℃의 온도범위에서 권취한 다음, 85-90%의 압하율로 최종 두께까지 냉간압연하고 계속하여 640-680℃의 온도범위에서 연속소둔하고 통상의 조질압연을 행함을 특징으로 하는 에칭성과 성형성이 우수한 새도우 마스크용 냉연강판의 제조방법.
