Description
Claims (6)
- 2관능성 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체 100중량부에, 분자내에 3개 이상의 퍼옥시기를 갖는 물질 및/또는 분자 내에 불포화 관능기 및 퍼옥시기를 각각 1개 이상을 가지는 물질을 0.01-10중량부 사용하여 제조한 중합체의 Mw/Mb(Mw는 중량 평균 분자량, Mb는 가교점간 중량 평균 분자량)가 2-99이고, Mw가 50,000 이하인 에틸렌계 중합체(X)와 에틸렌계 고중합체(Y)로 구성되는 전자사진 토너용 수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌계 중합체(X)와 에틸렌계 고중합체(Y)의 사용비율이 15:85-85:15(중량비)이고, 에틸렌계 고중합체(Y)의 Mw가 200,000 이상이고, 또 Mw/Mn가 3.0 이상인 전자사진 토너용 수지조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 에틸렌계 고중합체(Y)의 Mw가 200,000 이상이고, 또 Mw/Mn가 5.0 이상인 전자사진 토너용 수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌계 중합체(X)와 에틸렌계 고중합체(Y)를 사용할때 양자의 혼합물 용액으로부터 탈용제할때, 또는 토너제조의 용융혼련시에일반식(R1-NHCO)2R2(화 1)(식중, R1은 각각 독립으로 탄소수 7-24의 알킬기 또는 수산기를 가지는 알킬기는 표시하고, R2는 탄소수 1-10의 탄화수소기를 표시한다) 또는일반식(R3-CONH)2R4(화 2)(식중, R3은 각각 독립으로 탄소수 7-24의 알킬기 또는 수산기를 가지는 알킬기는 표시하고, R4는 탄소수 1-10의 탄화수소기를 표시한다)로 표시되는 아미드 화합물을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 토너용 수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌계 중합체(X)와 에틸렌계 고중합체(Y)의 수지 혼합물 100중량부에 대하여 에틸렌계 탄화수소 및/또는 공역 디엔계 탄화수소의 블록과 폴리스티렌의 블록으로 구성되는 블록공중합체 또는 그 수첨가물, 또는 폴리프로필렌변성 폴리스티렌그래프트공중합체의 최소한 1종류를 0.5-25중량부와 폴리올레핀 왁스를 5-35중량부 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 토너용 수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌계 고중합체(Y)가 1분자내에 3개 이상의 퍼옥시기를 가지는 화합물을 개시제로 하고, 용액중합법에 의하여 제조된 중량 평균분자량 100,000 이상이고, 또 z평균 분자량 850,000 이상의 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 토너용 수지조성물.
