Claims (10)
- (a) 용액 점도가 60cps 미만이고, (b) 무니 점도(Mooney viscosity)가 85cps 미만이며, (c) 용액 점도에 대한 무니 점도의 비율이 (i) 모노비닐리덴 방향족 중합체가 공중합체인 경우에는 0.7 이상이거나,(ii) 모노비닐리덴 방향족 중합체가 단독중합체인 경우에는 1. 1 이상인 래디알형 고무 또는 분지된 고무를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 고무-강화된 모노비닐리덴 방향족 중합체 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모노비닐리덴 방향족 중합체가 불포화 니트릴이 중합되어 있는 공중합체이고, 고무의 용액 점도가 20 내지 60cps이며, 고무의 무니 점도가 20 내지 85cps인 고무-강화된 모노비닐리덴 방향족 중합체 수지.
- 제2항에 있어서, 무니 점도/용액 점도의 비율이 1.1 이상인 고무-강화된 모노비닐리덴 방향족 중합체 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모노비닐리덴 방향족 중합체가 폴리스티렌이고, 무니 점도/용액 점도의 비율이 1.3이상인 고무-강화된 모노비닐리덴 방향족 중합체 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고무가 단일의 다작용성 커플링제에 결합된 3개 이상의 중합체 세그멘트를 포함하는 래디알형 고무인 고무-강화된 모노비닐리덴 방향족 중합체 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고무가 체적 평균 입자 크기 0.2 내지 1.0㎛의 이산된 흡장물(occlusion) -함유 입자로서 분산되어 있는 고무-강화된 모노비닐리덴 방향족 중합체 수지.
- (i) 1개 이상의 모노비닐리덴 방향족 단량체를 용해된 고무의 존재하에서 목적하는 전환도까지 괴상 중합시키는 단계 및 (ii) 생성된 혼합물을, 존재하는 미반응 단량체를 제거하고 고무를 가교결합시키기에 충분한 조건으로 처리하는 단계를 포함하며 ; 여기서, 고무는 (a) 용액 점도가 60cps 미만이고, (b) 무니 점도가 85cps 미만이며, (c) 용액 점도에 대한 무니 점도의 비율이 모노비닐리덴 방향족 중합체가 공중합체인 경우에는 0.7 이상이거나. 모노비닐리덴 방향족 중합체가 단독중합체인 경우에는 1.1 이상인 래디알형 고무 또는 분지된 고무임을 특징으로 하여, 고무-강화된 모노비닐리덴 방향족 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 모노비닐리덴 방향족 중합체가 불포화 니트릴을 포함하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 단계 (i)에서 9 내지 18중량%의 고무를 단량체 용액에 용해시키고, 생성된 중합체 중의 고무 입자의 평균 크기가 0.2 내지 1.0㎛인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 고무를 희석제에 추가로 용해시키는 방법.
