Claims (6)
- 중합 조건하에 적어도 하나의 극성 아크릴-타입 알파 올레핀 단량체를 (i) 적어도 하나의 활성화 치환기 또는 활성화 디라디칼이 부착되어 있고 중합 조건하에 불활성인 하나 또는 그 이상의 치환기를 가지는 4배위 유기 규소, 유기 주석 또는 유기 게르마늄 중합개시제, (ii) 짝산이 pKa(DMSO)가 5-24인 옥시음이온 또는 이옥시음이온과 양이온으로 구성되는 염인 촉매와 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되며, (iii) 아무런 활성화 치환기 또는 활성화 디라디칼이 거기에 부착되어 있지 않고, 옥시음이온 화합물 1몰당 적어도 1당량의 R3Si-기(R은 그 지방족 성분내에 하나 또는 그 이상의 에테르 산소원자를 함유하고, 중합 조건하에 비반응성인 하나 또는 그 이상의 관능성 치환기를 함유하는 20이하 탄소원자의 히드로카르빌임)를 함유하는, 중합 개시제가 아닌, 짝산의 pKa(DMSO)가 5-24인 옥시음이온 화합물의 0-실릴화 에스테르 또는 에테르 변형으로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 중합 활성도 증진제와 또한 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, "활성"중합체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 증진제(iii)이 중합 개시제(i)와 동일한 R3Si-기를 함유하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 증진제(iii) 농도가 촉매 몰당 0.1-200몰 범위내인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 증진제(iii) 농도가 촉매 몰당 2-25몰 범위내인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 촉매(ii)가 3-클로로벤조에이트의 원천이고 증진제(iii)이 3-클로로벤조에이트의 트리메틸실릴에스테르인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 활성도 증진제(iii)의 짝산이 촉매(ii)의 짝산의 pKa(DMSO)보다 낮은 pKa(DMSO)를 갖는 방법.
