Claims (11)
- 제1 여과매체(12)는 부직의 임의 배열 섬유로 되어 있고 열가소성 물질을 함유하고 있으며 제1 여과배트는 주 몸체 부분(18)을 획정하고 주연부(16)는 상기 주 몸체부분(18}을 한정하며 상기 주연부(16)에서 열가소성 물질이 상기 주연부(16)에서의 섬유를 경화하여 상기 제1 솜의 지지 및 밀봉구조를 제공하고 ; 제2여과매체는 부직포의 임의 배열 섬유의 제2 배트로 되어 있고 열가소성 물질을 함유하고 있으며 상기 제2배트에서의 섬유는 상기 열가소성 물질에 의해 경화되고 상기 배트의 섬유를 압축하여 회선형 부분(20)으로 성형하며, 상기 열가소성 물질에 의해 경화된 섬유를 함유하는 외연부(26)를 가지는 상기 제2여과매체는 상기 주연부(16)에 보충적인 지지 및 밀봉구조를 제공하고 상기 주연부(16)는 상기 외연부(26)에 대해 밀봉되며; 상기한 제1 여과매체(12)와 제2 여과매체(14)로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 유체 여과부재(10).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주연부(16) 및 상기 외연부(26)는 유체 불투과성인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체여과기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 배트의 상기 주 몸체부분(18)의 섬유는 제1 배트의 주 몸체부분이 유체의 흐름에 비교적 장애가 되지 않도록 실질적으로 압축되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 여과기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1여과매체(12)는 깊이형 매체이고 상기 제2여과매체(14)는 여과되는 유체로부터 오염불질 입자를 포착하는 표면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 여과기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 회선형 부분(20)은 실질적으로 평행한 주름의 배열로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로하는 유체 여과부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주연부(16) 섬유의 적어도 일부가 외연부(26) 섬유의 적어도 일브와 용융되어 상기 매체에 함께 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 여과부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2여과매체(14)는 목질 펄프섬유와 합성섬유의 혼합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 여과부재.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1여과매체(12)는 합성섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 여과부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2여과매체(14)의 밀도는 제2여과매체(l4)를 통과하는 유체흐름의 방향으로 변하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 여과부재.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제2여과매체(14)는 매체가 조립되었을 때 상기 제1여과매체(24)와 대면하는 내부표면(22)과, 대향 외부표면(24)을 가지며, 외부 표면(24)에서의 섬유 밀도는 내부표면(22)의 섬유 밀도보다 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 여과부재.
- 제9항에 있어서, 제2 여과매체(14)는 더 밀도 높은 겹(32)과 밀도가 덜한 겹(34)으로 구성되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 유체 여과부재.
