Abstract
직물로부터 소수성 에스테르류를 제거하는 것은 (1) 직물을 욕픽업률 50∼200%로 리파제 수용액을 사용하여 합침시키는 공정 ; (2) 함침된 직물을 12∼24시간 동안 15∼70℃에서 배양시키는 공정 ; 과 (3) 지방산을 제거하기 위해 세정하고 수세시키는 공정의 연속 단계들로 이루어진다.

Claims (10)
- 직물로부터 소수성 에스테르류를 제거하는 방법에 있어서, (1) 직물을 욕픽업률 50∼200%로 리파제 수용액에 함침하는 공정, (2) 함침직물을 1∼24시간 동안 15∼70℃에서 배양처리하는 공정과 (3) 세정 및 수세하여 지방산을 제거하는 공정의 연속단계들로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 직물에서의 소수성 에스테르류 제거방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 공정단계(1)에서의 용액이 리파제 활성도 100∼10,000KLU/ι을 내포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 리파제가 Humicola 또는 Pseudomonas, 바람직하기는 H.insolens 또는 P.cepacia의 균주로부터 유래되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공정단계(1)에서의 리파제 용액의 pH가 6∼10인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 공정단계(1)에서의 픽업률이 70∼150%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 직물이 전분-내포하는 호료를 함유하며, 상기 공정단계(1)에서의 용액이 α-아밀라제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공정단계(1)에서의 용액이 H2O2를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공정단계(2)에서의 배양공정이 4∼24시간 동안 20∼40℃에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 직물이 습윤제, 바람직하기는 0.2∼5g/ι 농도로 사용된 에톡실화 지방산 알코올로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공정단계(3)이 음이온 및/또는 비이온 계면활성제를 함유하는 세정용액을 사용한 pH 8∼12에서의 세정공정과 일회 또는 그 이상 횟수의 수세공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
