Claims (7)
- (A)(a) 2차 아민과 폴리에폭사이드 화합물의, 자유에폭사이드기 함유부가물과, (b) C4이상의 1차 디아민과 C6이상의 하나이상의 모노-및/또는 디카르복실산으로부터 얻어지고, 1차 아미노기를 함유한 축합물을, 부가물(a)의 자유에폭시기당 축합물(b)의 하나이상의 1차 아미노기가 사용되는 조건하에서 반응시켜서 얻어질 수 있고, 염기성 질소기를 가지는, 50 내지 90중량%의 다부가물/다축합물과, (B) 상온에서 성분(A)와 반응하지 않지만, 고온에서 (A)와 반응하는, 10 내지 50중량%의 교차결합제의 혼합물로 이루어지는, 염기성 질소기를 함유하고, 산을 사용하여 양성자화됨으로써 수용성이 되는 다부가물/다축합물 기저음극 전기 피복용 결합제 및 상기 다부가물/다축합물을 위한 하나이상의 교차 결합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분(b)를 제조하기 위해서 사용된 디카르복실산이 이합체화된, 불포화 C10-C24-지방산("이합체 지방산")임을 특징으로 하는 결합제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분(b)를 제조하기 위해서 사용된 모노-카르복실산이 포화 또는 불포화 C8-C24-지방산임을 특징으로 하는 결합제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, C2내지 C36을 함유하고, 또한 작용기를 함유해도 좋은 디알킬아민이 부가물(a)의 제조를 위해서 2차 아민으로서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 결합제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 교차결합제(B)가 다가의, 블록된 이소시아네이트, 아미노플라스트 수지 또는 페노플라스트 수지, 폴리아미노메틸화된 폴리페놀, 에스테르아민 분해반응 및/또는 에스테르 교환반응을 통해 경화되는 교차 결합제, 또는 요소 축합물임을 특징으로 하는 결합제.
- 5중량% 내지 30중량%의 제 1 항의 결합제를 함유한 수성음극 전기 피복욕.
- 제 1 항에 청구된 결합제를 사용하여 얻어지고, 피복층을 가지는 제품.
