Abstract

댐핑력 제어형 유압완충기 내부에서, 피스톤은 주 유압유체통로 및 밸브기구를 구비하고, 그에 연결된 피스톤 로드를 또한 구비한다. 완충기 내부 실린더의 한 측면은, 바이패스통로를 개폐하는 셔터와 가이드부재를 구비한 댐핑력 제어기구와, 바이패스통로를 통해 유압유체의 유동을 통제함으로써 댐핑력을 발생시키는 밸브기구가 제공된다. 댐핑력 특성은 회전 액츄에이터를 구비한 셔터의 회전에 의해 변화된다. 댐핑력 제어기구는 실린더의 측면상에 마련되고 피스톤은 단지 주 유압유체통로와 밸브기구를 구비하기 때문에, 피스톤 조립체의 크기는 비교적 작다. 따라서, 피스톤로드의 스트로크는 증가될 수 있다.

제5도는 본 발명의 댐핑력 제어형 유압완충기를 구비한 세미액티브 서스펜션 시스템용 제어기의 블럭 다이어그램.

Claims (2)

  1. 내부의 유압유체가 밀봉되어 있는 실린더와; 상기 실린더 내부에 슬라이딩 가능하게 삽입되어 상기 실린더의 내부를 두개의 실린더 챔버들로 구획하는 피스톤과; 일 단부가 상기 피스톤에 연결되고, 타단부가 상기 실린더의 외측에 까지 연장되는 피스톤로드와; 상기 실린더와 연통하고 있어 상기 피스톤로드에 기인하여 상기 실린더를 출입하기 때문에 실린더 내부에서 발생되는 유압유체량의 변화를 보상하는 저장챔버와; 상기 피스톤 내부에 마련되어 상기 두개의 챔버 사이에서 연통이 이루어지도록 하는 유압유체통로와; 상기 피스톤로드의 신축 스트로크중 적어도 하나의 스트로크 동안 상기 주 유압유체통로 내부의 유압유체의 유동을 통제함으로써 댐핑력을 발생시키는 제1 밸브기구와; 상기 실린더 외측에 마련되어 두개의 실린더 챔버 사이를 연통하는 바이패스통로와; 상기 피스톤로드의 신축 스트로크중 적어도 하나의 스트로크 동안 상기 바이패스통로 내부의 유압유체의 유동을 통제함으로써 댐핑력을 발생시키는 제2 밸브기구와; 상기 바이패스통로의 통로영역을 제어하는 댐핑력 제어밸브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 댐핑력 제어형 유압완충기.
  2. 내부에 유압유체가 밀봉되어 있는 실린더와; 상기 실린더 내부에 슬라이딩 가능하게 삽입되어 그 내부에 두개의 실린더 챔버를 구획하는 피스톤과; 일 단부가 상기 피스톤에 연결되고, 타단부가 상기 실린더의 외측에까지 연장되는 피스톤로드와; 상기 실린더와 연통하고 있어 상기 피스톤로드에 기인하여 상기 실린더를 출입하기 때문에 실린더 내부에서 발생되는 유압유체량의 변화를 보상하는 저장챔버와; 상기 피스톤 내부에 마련되어 상기 두개의 챔버들 사이에서 연통이 이루어지도록 하는 유압유체통로와; 상기 유압유체통로 내부의 유압유체의 유동을 통제함으로써 댐핑력을 발생시키는 제1 밸브기구와; 상기 실린더 외측에 마련되어 상기 두개의 실린더 챔버들 사이에서 연통이 이루어지도록 하는 바이패스통로와 상기 바이패스통로에 직렬로 마련되어 각각 서로의 반대방향으로 유압유체가 유동할 수 있도록 하는 한쌍의 제1 및 제2 체크밸브와, 상기 제1 체크밸브를 바이패스하는 제1 유압유체통로와; 상기 제2 체크밸브를 바이패스하는 제2 유압유체통로와; 상기 제1 유압유체통로의 통로 면적을 변경시키는 제1 댐핑력 제어밸브와; 상기 제2 유압유체통로의 통로면적을 변경시키는 제2 댐핑력 제어 밸브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 댐핑력 제어형 유압완충기.
