Claims (4)
- 피스톤 로드의 한 단부에 부착되고 실린더안에 미끄럼 가능하게 끼워진 동시에 실린더의 내부를 두 실린더실로 분할시키는 피스톤과, 두 실린더실의 각각과 연통된 피스톤안에 마련된 통로와, 감쇄력을 발생시키도록 통로의 하류측에 마련된 감쇄력 발생 밸브와, 밸브에 압력을 가하도록 피스톤으로부터 먼쪽의 감쇄력 발생 밸브의 측면에 형성된 배압실과, 통로의 상류측에 마련된 상류 실린더실과 배압실 사이의 연통을 마련하도록 피스톤로드안에 형성된 바이패스 통로와, 상류 실린더실과 배압실 사이의 연통 상태를 조절하여 배압실안의 압력 크기를 조정하도록 외부에서 작동되는 셔터를 포함하는 감쇄력이 조정 가능한 유압 완충기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배압실이 위치하는 실린더실과 배압실 사이의 연통을 마련하는 제2통로와, 정상 상태에서는 제2통로를 밀폐시키고 배압실 내부의 압력이 설정치에 도달할 때는 제2통로를 개방하는 밸브 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감쇄력이 조정 가능한 유압 완충기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 셔터와 한 위치에서는 바이패스 통로를 통해 상류 실리더실과 배압실 사이의 연통을 마련하고 다른 위치에서는 연통을 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감쇄력이 조정 가능한 유압 완충기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 셔터가 바이패스 통로를 통한 연통을 차단할 때 오리피스 보어를 통해 상기 두 실린더실 사이의 연통을 제공하는 제2바이패스 통로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감쇄력이 조정 가능한 유압 완충기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
