Claims (14)
- 다음 구조식(I)로 표시되는 디하이드로피리미도티아진 유도체와 그의 약제학적 허용가능한 산 부가염.윗식에서, R1은 탄소수가 1 내지 6인 알콕시, 아미노 또는 페닐아미노이고, R2는 탄소수가 1 내지 6인 알킬 또는 페닐이며, R3는 수소 또는 산소수가 1 내지 6인 알킬이고, R4는 탄소수가 1 내지 11인 알킬이거나 임의로 수소, 니트로, 아미노, 디(C1-6알킬)-아미노, 탄소수가 1 내지 6인 알킬, 탄소수가 1 내지 6인 알콕시 및 하이드록시로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상이 같거나 다른 치환체가 연결되어 있는 페닐이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 R1은 메톡시, 에톡시 또는 아미노이고, 상기 R2는 에틸 또는 페닐이며, 상기 R3는 수소이고, 상기 R4는 메틸 또는 페닐이되, 페닐인 경우 하나 또는 그 이상이 같거나 다른 메톡시, 할로겐, 니트로 치환체인 화합물과 그의 약제학적 허용가능한 산 부가염.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화합물은 에틸-[6-(4-디메틸아미노페닐) -8-메틸-3,4-디하이드로-2H,6H-피리미도[2,1-b][1,3]티아진-7-카르복실레이트] ; 메틸-[8-메틸-6-(2-메톡시페닐-3,4-디하이드로-2H,6H-피리미도[2,1-b][1,3]티아진-카르복실레이트] ; 메틸-[6-(3,4-디클로로페닐)-8-메틸-3,4-디하이드로-2H,6H-피리미도[2,1-b][1,3]티아진-7-카르복실레이트] ; 메틸-[6-(4-클로로-3-니트로페닐)-8-메틸-3,4-디하이드로-2H,6H-피리미도[2,1-b][1,3]티아진-7-카르복실레이트]인 화합물과 그의 약제학적 허용가능한 부가염.
- 다음 구조식(II)로 표시되는 4,5,6-트리치환된 1,2,3,4-테트라하이드로-2-피리디밑티온과 다음구조식(III)으로 표시되는 디할로유도체를 반응시켜 제조되는 다음 구조식(I)로 표시되는 디하이드로피리미도티아진 유도체의 제조방법.윗식에서, R1은 탄소수가 1 내지 6인 알콕시, 아미노 또는 페닐아미노이고, R2는 탄소수가 1 내지 6인 알킬 또는 페닐이며, R3는 수소 또는 산소수가 1 내지 6인 알킬이고, R4는 탄소수가 1 내지 11인 알킬이거나 임의로 수소, 니트로, 아미노, 디-(C1-6알킬)-아미노, 탄소수가 1 내지 6인 알킬, 탄소수가 1 내지 6인 알콕시 및 하이드록시로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상이 같거나 다른 치환체가 연결되어 있는 페닐이며, X와 Y는 할로겐이다.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 구조식(Ⅱ)의 화합물은 등몰량으로 반응시켜 되는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 구조식(Ⅲ)의 디할로유도체는 0.5몰까지 더 사용하여서 되는 디하이드로피리미도티아진 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기의 반응은 산 결합제의 존재하에서 실시하여서 되는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기의 산 결합제로는 알카리 카보네이트, 알카리 하이드로젠 카보네이트, 알카리 하이드록사이드, 알카리토금속 하이드록사이드 또는 4급아민을 사용하여 되는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기의 불활성 용매로는 디메틸포름아미드 또는 디메틸포름아미드와 아세톤의 혼합물 또는 디메틸포름아미드와 메틸 에틸 케톤의 화합물 하에서 실시하여서 되는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기의 반응은 불활성 유기용매로서 디알킬아미드, 디알킬설폭사이드, 지방족 알코올, 지방족 케톤, 염소화된 지방족 탄화수소, 방향족 탄화수소, 지방족 또는 지방족 고리에테르 또는 이들의 혼합물을 사용하여서 되는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서 상기의 반응은 상기의 구조식(II)의 화합물 1몰에 대해 0.1 내지 0.2몰로 촉매를 사용하여서 되는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기의 촉매로는 알카리할라이드 또는 알카리 토금속 할라이드를 사용하여 되는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기의 반응은 실온과 반응혼합물의 비정 사이의 온도에서 실시하여서 되는 방법.
