Claims (16)
- 투명 베이스 시트(transarent base sheet)로서, 상기 시트는 평철(plano-convex)이며 제1 및 제2의 넓은 표면을 갖되, 상기 제2표면은 대체로 평면이고 상기 제1표면은 그위에 대체로 반타원형의 마이크로렌즈 어레이를 가지며, 상기 마이크로 렌즈의 형상 및 상기 베이스 시트의 두께는 상기 어레이에 거의 직교로 입사되는 조준광이 대략 상기 제2표면에 집속되도록 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 베이스 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, a)상기 마이크로렌즈들은 상당히 근접되어 있거나; b)상기 시트는 상기 제2표면상에 반사층을 더 포함하거나; c)상기 베이스 시트는 상기 마이크로 렌즈 어레이를 포함하는 마이크로렌즈 층과 대체로 평면인 제1 및 제2의 넓은 표면을 갖는 투명 이격층을 포함하되, 상기 이격충 및 상기 마이크로 렌즈층은 함께 접착되는 것들 중 적어도 하나를 특징으로 하는 투명 베이스 시트.
- 역반사 제품(retroreflective article)으로서, 상기 제품은 제1 및 제2의 넓은 표면을 갖는 투명 평철 베이스 시트를 포함하며, 상기 제2표면은 대체로 평면이고 그위에 반사층을 가지며, 상기 제1표면은 그위에 거의 반타원형 마이크로렌즈들의 어레이를 가지며, 상기 마이크로렌즈의 형상 및 상기 베이스시트의 두께는 상기 어레이에 거의 직교로 입사되는 조준광이 상기 제품에 의해 역반사되게 대략 상기 제2표면에 집속되도록 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 제품.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 반사층은 불연속적인 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 제품.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 시트는 상기 마이크로렌즈 어레이를 포함하는 마이크로렌즈 층과 대체로 평면이 제1 및 제2의 넓은 표면을 갖는 투명 이격층을 포함하며, 상기 이격층 및 상기 마이크로렌즈는 함께 접착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 제품.
- 제5항에 있어서, a)상기 제품의 전체 두께는 약0.05 내지 0.4㎜ 사이에 있거나; b)상기 이격층의 전체 두께는 약 0.2 내지 약 0.3㎜사이에 있는 것들 중 적어도 하나를 특징으로 하는 역반사 제품.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제품은 상기 이격층이 제공된 면과는 반대쪽에 있는 상기 반사층의 면상에 접착층 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 제품.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 반사층 및 상기 접착층은 투명한 것을 특징으로 하는 반사 제품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제품은 상기 베이스 시트의 상기 제2표면과 상기 반사층 사이에 침착된 결상 물질(imaging material)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사 제품.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 결상 물질의 적어도 일부는 투명한 것으로서, 상기 접착층위에 의해 상기 제품을 정보를 가진 문서에 접착시킨 경우, 간섭없이 주변광 상태에서 상기 문서상의 정보를 육안으로 볼 수 있게 하는 이미지를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 제품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 반사층은 불투명하고 불연속적인 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 제품.
- 베이스 시트 제조 방법으로서, 상기 방법은, a)경화성 조성물을 준비하는 단계와; b)대체로 반타원형 공동들의 어레이를 갖는 성형 마스터 표면상에 상기 조성물을 침착하는 단계와; c)대체로 평면의 투명 기재막과 상기 성형 마스터 사이로 상기 조성물의 비드를 분산시키되, 상기 성형 마스터 및 상기 기재막 중의 적어도 하나는 가요성인 단계와; d)상기 침착된 조성물을 경화시켜 상기 기재에 접착된 대체로 반타원형 마이크로렌즈들의 어레이를 포함하는 조성체를 생성하는 단계와; e)상기 성형 마스터로부터 상기 조성체를 제거하여 상기 베이스 시트를 생성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베이스 시트 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 경화성 조성물은 경질 세그먼트 및 연질 세그먼트를 함유하되 자외선에 의해 경화 가능하고(ultravivlet-curable), 일체형(one-part)이고, 용매를 사용하지 않고, 방사선에 의해 부가 중합가능하고, 가교결합 가능한 유기 올리고성 조성물이고, 상기 경화는 자외선에 노출시켜 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베이스 시트 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 경질 세그먼트는 폴리우레탄이고 상기 연질 세그먼트는 폴리에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 베이스 시트 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, a)상기 조성물은 상기 성형 마스터 포면위로 상기 반타원형 공동의 평균 깊이의 20%보다 큰 거리만큼 위로 연장하지 않거나; b)상기 방법은 상기 기재의 노출 표면위에 거울 반사층을 도포하여 역반사 시팅을 생성하는 것을 더 포함하거나; c)상기 방법은 상기 반사층위에 접착층을 도포하는 것을 더 포함하는 것들 중 적어도 하나를 특징으로 하는 베이스 시트 제조방법.
