Claims (12)
- 밀봉구 동체(12)에 원륜상 립(lip)(12), (18)과 원륜상 플렌지(22), (24)가 방사상으로 돌출되고 로울러 넥크의 경사부(34)에 장설되어 압력을 받을때 립(12), (18)이 방사상으로 벌어지면서 플렌지(22)를 변형시키는 원주방향 휨모우먼트가 발생하는 압연기의 로울러 넥크 밀봉구에 있어서, 밀봉구 동체(12)가 로울러 넥크의 경사부(34)와 상호 작용하여 전기한 원주방향 휨모우먼트를 상쇄하도록 하는 수단을 갖고 있음을 특징으로하는 압연기 로울러의 넥크 밀봉구.
- 청구범위 1항에서, 전기한 로울러의 경사부와 상호 작용하는 수단이 전기한 밀봉구 동체(12)의 내주면에 형성된 돌출부(72)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 로울러 넥크 밀봉구.
- 청구범위 2항에서, 전기한 돌출부(72)가 밀봉구 동체(12)의 내주면에 원륜상으로 경사지게 돌출 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 로울러 넥크 밀봉구.
- 청구범위 2항에서, 전기한 돌출부(72)가 꼭지점(756)을 갖는 3각 단면 형태로 되었음을 특징으로 하는 로울러 넥크 밀봉구.
- 청구범위 4항에서, 전기한 돌출부(72)가 꼭지점(76)이 원륜상 플렌지(22)가 형성된 부위의 동체 내주면(74)측에 형성되었음을 특징으로 하는 로울러 넥크 밀봉구.
- 청구범위 4항에서, 전기한 돌출부(72)가 꼭지점(76)이 전기한 플렌지(22)의 끝부분을 2등분하는 면(p)으로부터 일정한 간격을 둔 위치에 형성되었음을 특징으로 하는 로울러 넥크 밀봉구.
- 청구범위 6항에서, 전기한 꼭지점(76)이 면(p)을 중심으로하여 전기한 립(18)의 반대측에 형성되었음을 특징으로 하는 로울러 넥크 밀봉구.
- 청구범위 1항에서, 전기한 돌출부(72)가 전기한 립(18)의 벌어짐에 따라 발생하는 제1차 휨모우먼트(M1)에 대항하는 제2의 휨모우먼트(M2)를 방생하도록 된 것임을 특징으로 하는 로울러 넥크 밀봉구.
- 청구범위 1항 내지 8항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 전기한 플렌지(22)가 밀봉구 동체(12)쪽으로 갈수록 점차 두꺼워진 두께를 갖는 밑부분(22a)을 갖고 있음을 특징으로 하는 로울러 넥크 밀봉구.
- 청구범위 9항에서, 밑부분(22a)이 립(18)측 측면은 수직으로 되고 플렌지(24)측 측면은 경사지게 되었음을 특징으로 하는 로울러 넥크 밀봉구.
- 청구범위 1항에서, 밀봉구(10)가 동체(12) 외주면에 전기한 플렌지(22)로부터 일정한 간격을 두고 플렌지(22)와 평행하게 형성된 제2의 플렌지(24)를 갖고 있고 동체(12)의 돌출부(72)는 플렌지(22)가 플렌지(24)쪽으로 변형되게 하는 휨모우먼트(M1)를 방지하게 되었음을 특징으로 하는 로울러 넥크 밀봉구.
- 청구범위 1항에서, 밀봉구 동체(12)가 원주상 외주면에 금속지 밴드(70)를 갖고 있음을 특징으로 하는 로울러 넥크 밀봉구.
