Claims (6)
- 배면전극, 절연층, 발광층 및 전면전극을 구비한 분산형 전계발광표시소자에 있어서, 상기 발광층 및 전면전극이 제 1 형광체층과 제 2 형광도전체층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산형 전계발광표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 형광체층이 ZnS : Cu 형광체에 바인더와 용제를 첨가하여 된 혼합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산형 전계발광표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 형광도전체층은 ZnS : Cu 형광체에 바인더, 용제, 산화인듐 및 산화주석분말을 첨가하여 된 혼합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산형 전계발광표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 절연층은 티탄산 바륨에 바인더와 용제를 첨가하여 된 혼합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산형 전계발광표시소자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 바인더가 시아노에틸-풀루탄과 시아노에틸-폴리비닐알코올의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 분산형 전계발광표시소자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 형광체층, 상기 제 2 형광도전체층 및 상기 절연층은 롤코터법이나 또는 스크린인쇄법중 어느 하나에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산형 전계발광표시소자.
