Claims (10)
- 염화수소, 30% 농도의 염산 및 아세트산 용매의 존재하에서 사용될 수 있는 PCl3에서 선택되는 탈수제와 피페리딘 화합물을 접촉반응시켜 치환된 하이드로피리딘이나 테트라 하이드로피리딘을 형성하기 위해 저급알킬 옥시에스테르 및 티오에스테르에서 선택되는 4-(저급알킬)-2, 6-비스(트리플루오로메틸)-2, 6-비스(하이드록시)피레리딘-3, 5-디카복실산 유도체의 탈수반응방법.
- 염화수소, 30% 농도의 염산 및 아세트산 용매의 존재하에서 사용될 수 있는 PCl3에서 선택되는 탈수제와 피페리딘 화합물을 접촉반응시켜 치환된 디하이드로 피리딘을 형성하기 위해 저급알킬 옥시에스테르 및 티오에스테르에서 선택되는 4-(저급알킬)-2, 6-비스(트리플루오로메틸)-2, 6-비스(하이드록시)피페리딘-3, 5-디카복실산 유도체의 탈수반응방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 탈수제는 염화수소 및 염산에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 탈수제 대 피페리딘 화합물의 몰비는 5 내지 15임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 용매는 아세트산이고 탈수제는 PCl3임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 피페리딘 화합물은 2, 6-비스(트리플루오로메틸)-2, 6-비스(하이드록시)-4-(2-메틸프로필)-피페리딘-3, 5-디카보티오산, S, S-디메틸에스테르이고 디하이드로 피리딘 화합물은 2, 6-비스(트리플루오로메틸)-4-(2-메틸프로필)-디하이드로피리딘-3, 5-디카보티오산, S, S-디메틸에스테르임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항의 어느 항에 있어서, 피페리딘 화합물의 저급알킬 옥시에스테르임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항의 어느 항에 있어서, 피페리딘 화합물은 저급알킬 티오에스테르임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 염화수소, 30% 농도의 염산 및 아세트산 용매의 존재하에서 사용될 수 있는 PCl3에서 선택된 탈수제와 피페리딘 화합물을 접촉시켜 3, 5-피페리딘 디카보티오산, 2, 6-디하이드록시-4-(2-메틸프로필)-2, 6-비스(트리플루오로메틸)-, S, S-디메틸에스테르를 탈수반응시키므로써 3, 5-피리딘디카보티오산, 2-클로로-1, 2, 3, 4-테트라하이드로-4-(2-메틸프로필)-2, 6-비스(트리플루오로메틸), S, S-디메틸에스테르를 제조하는 방법.
- 3, 5-피리딘디카보티오산, 2-클로로-1, 2, 3, 4-테트라하이드로-4-(2-메틸프로필)-2, 6-비스(트리플루오로메틸)-S, S-디메틸에스테르 화합물.
