Claims (7)
- 쿠르쿨리고 라티폴리아의 과실 또는 그 건조물을 물로 세척한 후 0.01M 이상의 농도의 염의 수용액으로 추출함으로서 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분자량 약 12500달톤 및 등전점 7.1의 단백질 쿠르쿨린.
- 쿠르쿨리고 라티폴리아의 과실 또는 그 건조물을 물로 세척한 후 0.01M 이상의 농도의 염의 수용액으로 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분자량 약 125000달톤 및 등전점 7.1의 단백질 쿠르쿨린의 추출방법.
- 산미성물질에 쿠르쿨리고 라티폴리아의 과실 또는 그 건조물, 혹은 그들로부터 얻어진 쿠르쿨린을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산미성물질의 정미를 변화시켜서 감미를 발현시키는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 산미성물질이 쓴맛, 떫은맛 등을 가지는 물질을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 쿠르쿨리고 라티폴리아의 과실 또는 그 건조물, 혹은 그들로부터 얻어지는 쿠르쿨린을 함유한 성분을 조성물에 쿠르쿨린으로서 0.01mg 이상 배합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 추잉검 조성물의 제조방법.
- 쿠르쿨리고 라티폴리아의 과실 또는 그 건조물, 혹은 그들로부터 얻어지는 쿠르쿨린을 함유한 성분을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구강세정용 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 쿠르쿨리고 라티폴리아의 과실 또는 그 건조물, 혹은 그들로부터 얻어지는 쿠르쿨린을 함유한 성분을 조성물중에 쿠르쿨린로서 0.1~1mg 배합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 추잉검 조성물의 제조방법.
