Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- (a) (ⅰ) 제올라이트, 실리카, 알루민, 스피넬, 티타니아, 지르코니아 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 최소한 20㎡/g의 표면적을 갖는 다공성 산화물 ; (ⅱ) 알루미나 전구체, 실리카 전구체, 티타니아 전구체, 지르코니아 전구체 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 다공성 산화물용 영구결합제의 전구체 ; 및 (ⅲ) 일시 결합제를 실질적으로 균질체로 혼합하고 ; 및 (b) 상기 균질체를 500∼1000℃의 온도로 가열하여 실질적인 강도 및 실질적인 표면적을 부여함을 특징으로 하는 고-강도 고표면적 모노리드식 촉매 지지체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합 공정을 70∼97중량부의 다공성 산화물 3∼30중량부의 영구 결합제 전구체 및 1∼20중량부의 일시 결합제를 사용하여 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 영구 결합제 전구체가 티타늄 히드레이트 현탁액 또는 가수분해된 티타늄 이소프로폭시드의 현탁액 형태의 비결정성 수화 산화티탄의 현탁액임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 다공성 산화물이 티타니아이고 ; 영구 결합제 전구체가 가수분해된 티타늄 이소프로폭시드의 현탁액, 알루미늄 클로로히드레이트 또는 실리콘 수지이며 ; 및 일시 결합제가 메틸 셀룰로스임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 영구 결합제 전구체가 지르코늄 히드레이트 현탁액 또는 가수분해된 지르코늄 n-프로폭시드의 현탁액 형태의 비결정성 수화 산화 지르코늄의 현탁액임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 다공성 산화물이 지르코니아이고, 영구 결합제 전구체가 가수분해된 지르코늄 n-프로폭시드 현탁액이며 및 일시 결합제가 메틸 셀룰로스임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 다공성 산화물이 최소한 100㎡/g의 표면적을 갖으며, 알루미나, 실리카, 제올라이트 및 스피넬로 부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 영구 결합제 전구체가 수화 알루미나 현탁액, 알루미늄 클로로히드레이트 또는 가수분해된 알루미늄 이소프로폭시드 현탁액임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 다공성 산화물이 알루미나이고 ; 영구 결합제 전구체가 수화 알루미나 현탁액, 가수분해된 알루미늄 이소프로폭시드 현탁액 또는 알루미늄 클로로히드레이트이며 ; 및 일시 결합제가 메틸셀룰로스임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 다공성 산화물이 스피넬이고 ; 영구 결합제 전구체가 수화 알루미나 현탁액, 가수분해된 알루미늄 이소프로폭시드 현탁액 또는 알루미늄 클로로히드레이트이며 ; 및 일시 결합제가 메틸 셀룰로스임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 다공성 산화물이 실리카이고 ; 영구 결합체 전구체가 실리콘 수지, 수화 알루미나 현탁액, 가수분해된 알루미늄 이소프로폭시드 현탁액 또는 알루미늄 클로로히드레이트이며 ; 및 일시 결합제가 메틸셀룰로스임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 다공성 산화물이 제올라이트이고 ; 영구 결합제 전구체가 실리콘 수지, 수화 알루미나 현탁액, 알루미늄 클로로히드레이트 또는 가수분해된 알루미늄 이소프로폭시드 현탁액이며 ; 및 일시 결합제가 메틸 셀룰로스임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4, 6, 9, 10, 11 또는 12항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 공정(a)의 혼합체를 벌집형으로 성형시키는 공정을 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 70∼97중량부의 고 표면적 다공성 산화물 상 및 상기 다공성 산화를 상내에 분산된 3∼30중량부의 다공성 산화물 상 용 영구 결합제를 함유하며, (ⅰ) 다공성 산화물 상이 알루미나, 실리카, 제올라이트, 스피넬, 티타니아, 지르코니아 또는 이들의 혼합물로 구성되고 ; 및 (ⅱ) 결합제가 알루미나, 실리카, 티티니아, 지르코니아, 또는 이들의 혼합물이며 약 2000옹스트롬 이하의 미소 결정 크기를 갖음을 특징으로 하는, 최소한 20㎡/g의 표면적 및 최소한 50psi의 곡절 강도를 갖는 촉매 지지체.
- 제14항에 있어서, (ⅰ) 다공성 산화물 상이 최소한 20㎡/g의 표면적을 갖으며 알루미나, 실리카, 제올라이트, 스피넬, 티타니아, 지르코니아 또는 이들의 혼합물로 구성되며 ; 및 (ⅱ) 결합제가 알루미나 전구체, 실리카 전구체, 티타니아 전구체, 지르코니아 전구체 또는 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 결합제 전구체를 500∼1000℃ 온도에서 가열하여 생성됨을 특징으로 하는 촉매 지지체.
