Claims (11)
- 나트륨, 칼륨 또는 암모늄 양이온의 입체적으로 거대한 염기의 존재하에서 하기 일반식(4)의 4-피리딜아세트산 알킬 에스테르를 일반식 RX(여기서, X는 요오드, 브롬 또는 염소이다)의 할로겐화 알킬 또는 플루오로 알킬로 알킬화시킨다음, 상기한 알킬화 반응의 생성물을 가지달린 알콕시화 나트륨 또는 칼륨의 존재하에서 고리화가 완결될 때까지 아크릴아미드와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는, 하기 일반식(1)의 3-알킬- 또는 플루오로알킬-3-(4-피리딜)피페리딘-2,6-디온의 제법 :상기식에서, R은 C2-C10의 알킬기 또는 C2-C5의 플루오로알킬기이고, A는 수소원자 또는 C1-C4의 알킬기이며, R5은 알킬기이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 알킬화반응이 가지달린 알콕시화 나트륨 또는 칼륨, 또는 수산화사차암모늄의 존재하에 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 알킬화반응 및 아크릴아미드와의 반응모두가 C3-C5의 가지달린 알콕시화물의 나트륨 또는 칼륨염의 존재하에 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 가지달린 알콕시화물이 t-부톡시화 칼륨임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 알킬화 반응 및 아크릴아미드와의 반응이 동일한 반응용기내에서 연속적으로 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 알킬화 반응 및 아크릴아미드와의 반응이 동일한 반응용기내에서 연속적으로 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항, 4 항, 5 항 또는 6 항에 있어서, 알킬화 및 아크릴아미드와의 반응이 알코올 또는 비-양성자성 극성용매중에서 및 실온에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R이 C2-C8의 알킬기임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, X가 요오드 임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 알킬화 반응에서, 염기를 4-피리딜 아세트산알킬에스테르중에 용해시키고 그리고 요오드화물을 상기 용액에 부가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 알킬화 반응이 알루미나상의 플루오르화 칼륨의 존재하에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
