Claims (5)
- 적용된 촉매를 최소한 한가지로서 제올라이트 촉매를 사용하여 메탄올과 암모니아로부터 메틸아민을 촉매적 제조하는데 있어서, 불순물로서 제올라이트 촉매층안으로 유입되는 알데히드 화합물의 양을 포름알데히드로 환산하여 0.15g/hr·kg-cat. 또는 그 이하로 조절하는 것으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제올라이트 촉매의 활성을 유지하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제올라이트 촉매가 메탄올과 암모니아로부터 모노메틸아민 또는 디메틸아민을 형성하는데 대한 분자형상 선택성을 나타내는 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제올라이트 촉매가 모오데나이트, Fu-1, 캐버사이트, 에리오나이트, Rho, ZK-1, 제올라이트 A와 레비나이트로 이루어지는 군 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비제올라이트 고체산 촉매가 제올라이트 촉매와 함께 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 알데히드 화합물의 양이 0.01g/hr·kg-cat. 또는 그 이하로 조절되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
