본 고안은 창문에 설치하는 개폐기에 관한 것으로 걸림자를 안전하게 축지하여 실용성과 내구성을 높인 것이다.
종래의 창문개폐기는 고정판에 구멍을 뚫어 걸림자 지지축을 관통시켜 돌출부에 너트를 채우거나 고정보울트를 나착시키는 방법으로 채결시킨 것이라도 사용중에 쉽게 이완되어 풀어지는 폐단이 있어 또 지지축이 쉽게 흔들려서 작동이 순조롭지 못한 불편이 있었다.
본 고안은 위와같은 종래의 결점을 시정하기 위하여 안출한 것으로 이를 보다 상세히 도면에 의거 설명하면 다음과 같다.
고정판(1)에 뚫어진 지지축공(2)에 걸림자(5) 지지축(6)을 유삽하여 일정각도로 회전시켜 창문을 개폐할수 있게한 공지된 창문개폐기에 있어서, 지지축공(2) 내측둘래에 요입홈(3)을 만들어 축공외주에 방사형으로 수개의 고정요홈(4)을 설치하고 지지축(6)은 하단부에 단턱(6a)을 두고 그 내측으로 짧은 각형돌주(7)를 형성하여 이곳에 중심에 각형구멍(10)이 있고 둘레에 수개의 탄편(11)이 형성되어 내면으로 돌기(12)가 형성된 압지판(9)을 꽂아 각형돌주(7)의 외측단을 강제적으로 가압하여 절곡걸림부(7a)을 형성시키므로써 압지판(9)이 각형돌주(7)에 결합되어 외주 탄편(11)이 고정요홈(4) 외면으로 회동접지되게한 구조이다.
이와 같이된 본 고안은 고정판(1)의 지지축공(2) 외주면에 방사형으로 고정요홈(4)이 형성되어서 걸림자 지지축(6)의 하단에 결착시킨 압지판(9)의 탄편(11)이 그 외면으로 탄력을 가지고 접촉되기 때문에 걸림자 지지축(6)의 탄지작용이 부드러우면서도 안전하게 유지되어 걸림자(5)를 작동시킬때 작동이 부드럽게되는 이점이 있고, 회동시에는 탄편(11)의 돌기(12)가 고정요홈(4)에 탄접되어 탄력을 가지고 유지되기 때문에 걸림자 손잡이를 돌려서 걸림자(5a)의 설치방향을 변경시키면 그 상태를 안전하게 유지하여 안전한 개폐기가 되는 이점이 있고, 지지축(6)에는 단턱(6a)이 있고 그 중심부에서 각형 돌주(7)가 돌출되어 압지판(9)의 각형구멍(10)을 끼워 각형돌주 외측단을 강제적으로 외향절곡시켜 압지시키기 때문에 압지판(9)이 제자리를 지속적으로 지지하여 사용중에 이완될 일이 없으며 압지판은 외주로 탄편(11)이 돌설하여 소정각도로 유지되면서 그 내면의 돌기(12)가 고정요홈(4)과 탄접되므로 접촉작용이 부드러우면서 정확하여 걸림자(5)작동을 정확하고 부드럽게 유지시키고 탄편(11)은 압지판 외주로 방사형이 되게 벌어져서 넓은 면적을 파지하므로 지지축공(2)과 지지축(6) 사이의 지지작용을 도와 흔들림을 방지하는데도 기여하기 때문에 내구적으로 사용이 가능케되는 등의 여러가지 이점을 주고 만들기도 편리한 실용성을 얻는 것이다.

  1. 고정판(1)에 뚫어진 지지축공(2)에 걸림자(5) 지지축(6)을 유삽하여 일정각도로 회전시켜 창문을 개폐할수 있게한 공지된 창문개폐기에 있어서, 지지축공(2) 내측둘레에 요입홈(3)을 만들어 축공외주에 방사형으로 수개의 고정요홈(4)을 설치하고 지지축(6)은 하단부에 단턱(6a)을 두고 그 내측으로 짧은 각형돌주(7)를 형성하여 이곳에 중심에 각형구멍(10)이 있고 둘레에 수개의 탄편(11)이 형성되어 내면으로 돌기(12)가 형성된 압지판(9)을 꽂아 각형돌주(7)의 외측단을 강제적으로 가압하여 절곡걸림부(7a)를 형성시키므로써 압지판(9)이 각형돌주(7)에 결합되어 외주 탄편(11)이 고정요홈(4) 외면으로 회동접지되게한 창문 개폐기.
