Claims (13)
- 도가니(3)를 둘러싸는 유도코일(2)과, 냉각제를 충전시키기 위한 환상형 공간부(5)에 둘러싸인 주형기(4)가 포함되며, 유도로(1)가 진공접속관(6)이 구비된 케이싱부(7)에 둘러싸이고, 진공상태에서 중형기(4)에 장입된 용해물이 냉각되기 전에 주형기(4)내부에서 용해물 상부에 형성되는 압력이상으로 압축될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 용해하기 난이한 금속을 용해하기 위한 유도로(1).
- 제1항에 있어서, 주형기(4)의 탕입구(8)상부에 주형기(4) 내부로 이동할 수 있는 피스톤(9)이 배치되어 도가니 내부에 장치된 탕출구(11)를 통해 윗쪽의 도가니(3)로 부터 주형기(4) 내부로 용해물이 압축됨을 특징으로 하는 유도로.
- 제1항 내지 제2항에 있어서, 케이싱(7)내부에 삽입된 피스톤(9)이 케이싱부(7)내부에서 높은 가동성을 유지하도록 배열되었음을 특징으로 하는 유도로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용해물에 잠길수 있는 피스톤(9)의 전단에 세라믹커버(10)를 장치했음을 특징으로 하는 유도로.
- 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 피스톤(9)이 도가니(3)내에 장착되며, 도가니(3)내부에 장치한 출탕구(11)를 통해 피스톤의 하단이 돌출되며, 피스톤의 전단이 앞쪽으로 뾰쪽함을 특징으로 하는 유도로.
- 제1항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 이젝터(12)에 의해 주형기(4)의 탕입구(13)가 도가니(3)의 탕출구(11)쪽으로 이동될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 유도로.
- 제1항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 주형기(4)의 탕입구(13)에 펌프와 연결될 수 있는 차페캡을 설치할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 유도로.
- 제1항 내지 제7항에 있어서, 주형기(4)가 내부용기인 캔(35)과 외부용기(15)로 구성되고 그 사이에 다공질의 세라믹물질로 된 세라믹커버(10)가 채워지는 환상형 공간부(5)가 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 유도로.
- 제1항 내지 제8항에 있어서, 주형기(4) 상부에 현수코일(2a)을 장치해 그 사이에서 용해가 이루어지며 용해 상태가 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 유도로.
- 제1항 내지 제9항에 있어서, 도가니(3)의 하단에 설치한 탕출 깔대기가 주형기(4)와 같은 축선상에 배열됨을 특징으로 하는 유도로.
- 제1항 내지 제10항에 있어서, 도가니(3) 아래쪽으로 뾰쪽함을 특징으로 하는 유도로.
- 제1항 내지 제11항에 있어서, 도가니(3)가 환상형이 공간에 둘러싸임을 특징으로 하는 유도로.
- 제1항 내지 제12항에 있어서, 피스톤(9)을 미리 가열할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 유도로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
