Claims (16)
- 관형 부재 및 이 관형 부재 위에서 각각 활주되는 구동 요소들로 구성된 조립식축, 특히 캠축, 크램크축 또는 구동축에 있어서, 관형 부재(1)상에 안내되는 직경이 축소된 칼라 대역(9, 10)으로 구성되고 이 관형 부재(1)보다 직경이 큰 슬리이브(7, 8)은 2개의 구동 요소(2, 3, 14)들 사이에 활주 삽입되고, 상기 칼라 대역들은 구동 요소(2, 3, 14)들 아래에서 연장되어 관형 부재(1)과 구동 요소(2, 3, 14)들 사이에 강제 체결식으로 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식축.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광형 부재(1) 상의 축방향 단부 위치에 구동 요소와 이중 구동 요소(14)의 일부인 구동 요소(4, 5)들을 가지며, 결합 슬리이브 요소의 칼라 대역의 길이가 구동 요소(4, 5)의 길이와 대략 일치하고 직경상의 단을 이룬 부분까지 구동 요소 내로 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식축.
- 제1항에 있어서, 관형 부재(1) 상의 축방향 내측 위치 내에 구동 요소(2, 3)들을 가진 각각의 결합 슬리이브 요소(7)들의 칼라 대역(9)들의 길이가 구동 요소(2, 3)들 길이의 대략 절반에 해당되고, 상기 칼라 대역(9)들은 직경상의 다른 이룬 부분까지 구동 요소(2, 3)들 내로 삽입되어 있는 각기 정확하게 상호 맞댐식으로 접촉되도록 서로 근접되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식축.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 비원형 구동 요소(2, 3, 4, 5)들을 갖는 슬리이브(7, 8)들의 외경이 구동 요소들의 외경을 지나 적어도 부분적으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식축.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 관형 부재(1)과 함께 팽창되어 있고 적어도 구동요소들보다 길이가 약간 긴 지지 슬리이브(11, 12, 13)들이 구동 요소(2, 3, 4, 5)들의 대역 내에 삽입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식축.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 구동 요소(2, 3, 4, 5)들의 대역 내에서 관형 부재(1)이 구동 요소들보다 적어도 길이가 약간 긴 두꺼운 벽면 부분(16, 17, 18, 19)들을 내측 또는 외측에 마련하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식축.
- 제2항에 있어서, 관형 부재(1)로부터 격설되어 있는 슬리이브(6)에 의해 일체식으로 되도록 연결된 구동 요소(4, 5)들로 구성되는 이중 구동 요소(14)가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식축.
- 제5항에 있어서, 관형 부재(1) 및 지지 슬리이브(11, 12, 13)들이 강으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식축.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 구동 요소(2, 3, 14)들, 특히 제어캠 형태로된 요소들이 주조 재료로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식축.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 중간 슬리이브(7, 8)들이 강, 알루미늄, 티탄 또는 탄소 섬유 합성체의 단독, 또는 이들의 혼합물 중의 어느 하나, 또는 플래스틱과의 혼합물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식축.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 구동 요소(2, 3, 4, 5)들의 아래에 직경상의 단을 이룬 벽면 대역과 구동 요소의 플랭크들 사이의 밀봉 접촉부가 있는 중간 슬리이브(7, 8)들이 관형 부재(1)과 중간 슬리이브(7, 8)들 사이의 각각의 환형 공간들을 연결시켜 윤활유 통로를 형성하도록 하는 축방향 슬로트(21)을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식축.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 두꺼운 외측 벽면 부분(16, 17, 18, 19)들의 대역 내의 위치 및 구동요소(2, 3, 4, 5)들 아래서, 관형 부재(1)과 중간 슬리이브(7, 8)들 사이의 각각의 환형 공간들을 연결시켜 윤활유 통로를 형성하는 축방향 관통 구멍들 또는 축방향 외측 홈들이 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식축.
- 관형 부재 및 이의 관형 부재 위에서 각각 구동 요소들로 구성된 조립식축, 특히 캠축, 크랭크축 또는 구동축 제조방법에 있어서, 슬리이브 부재(7, 8) 및 구동 부재(2, 3, 4, 5)의 삽입된 칼라 대역(9, 10)과 함께 구동 부재(2, 3, 4, 5)내의 관형 부재(1)의 부분들이 각각 공동으로 변형되어, 칼라 대역(9, 10)들이 관형부재(1)과 구동 부재(2, 3, 4, 5) 사이에서 실제로 강제 체결식으로 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축 제조 방법.
- 관형 부재 및 이 관형 부재 위에서 각각 구동 요소들로 구성된 조립식축, 특히 캠축, 크랭크축 또는 구동축 제조방법에 있어서, 구동 요소(2, 3, 4, 5) 내의 지지 슬리이브(11, 12, 13), 구동 요소(2, 3, 4, 5) 내의 관형 부재(1) 부분 및 구동 요소(2, 3, 14)와 함께 슬리이브 요소(7, 8)의 삽입된 칼라 대역(8, 9)가 단일 팽창에 의해 공동으로 변형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 관형 부재(1) 위에서 활주되기 전에, 슬리이브 요소(7, 8)들의 칼라 대역(8, 9)들이 압연 방법에 의하여 직선 관형 부분의 직경을 감소시킴으로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 관형 부재(1), 특히 두꺼운 벽면 부분(16, 17, 18, 19)들 또는 맞댐식으로 접촉되도록 구동 요소들 아래에 미리 삽입된 칼라 대역(9, 10)들을 갖는 축방향 요소(2, 3, 4, 5)들의 축방향 길이를 지나는 지지 슬리이브(11, 12, 13)들 위에 반경방향의 수압을 인가함으로써 관형 부재(1)의 반경 방향 팽창 및 축방향 길이를 짧아지도록 하고 이어서 슬리이브 부재(7, 8)들 위에 축방향의 기계적인 공기압을 인가하여 직경상에 단을 이룬 부분에서의 벽면 부분들이 구동 요소(2, 3, 4, 5)들의 플랭크들과 접촉되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축 제조 방법.
