Claims (9)
- 세가지 산화물의 전체 중량에 대한 중량%로 10 내지 20%의 SiO2, 50 내지 60%의 Al2O3및 20 내지 40%의 ZrO2로 형성되어 있고, Al2O3및 SiO2는 뮬라이트 3Al2O32SiO2로 회합되고, 지르코니아와 뮬라이트의 합중량은 세라믹 물질의 적어도 90중량%임을 특징으로 하는 개방형 전면 기공도가 50 내지 80%인 포상 세라믹 물질기지의 용융 금속용 필터.
- SiO2/Al2O3/ZrO2의 중량비가 10∼20/50∼60/20∼40인 세개의 개별적인 산화물 SiO2, Al2O3및 ZrO2의 혼합물, 또는 뮬라이트/지르코니아의 중량비가 60∼80/20∼40인 뮬라이트와 지르코니아의 혼합물, 또는 45-55중량%의 지르코늄 실리케이트와 45∼55중량%의 알루미나를 함유하는 SiO2, Al2O3및 ZrO2의 상기혼합물의 전구체 조성물 중 한가지를 만들고, 상기 혼합물 또는 전구체 조성물을 성형하여 개방형 전면 기공도가 50 내지 80%인 포상 구조를 부여하고, 상기와 같이 제조한 포상 물질을 1650 내지 1750℃의 온도에서 소성-소결 작업전 또는 후에 소정 형상의 필터로 형태화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세가지 산화물의 전체중량에 대한 중량%로 10 내지 20%의 SiO2, 50 내지 60%의 Al2O3및 20 내지 40%의 ZrO2로 형성되어 있고, Al2O3및 SiO2는 뮬라이트 3Al2O32SiO2로 회합되고, 지르코니아와 뮬라이트의 합중량은 세라믹 물질의 적어도 90중량%이며, 개방형 전면 기공도가 50 내지 80%인 포상세라믹 물질기지의 용융 금속용 필터의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전구체 조성물이 50±1중량%의 알루미나와 50±1중량%의 지르코늄 실리케이트를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 포상 세라믹 물질기지의 용융 금속용 필터의 제조방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 성형 작업이 다공 구조를 위한 압출 장치를 사용하여 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 포상 세라믹 물질기지의 용융 금속용 필터의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 장치가 벌집형 구조를 제조하기 위한 압출 장치임을 특징으로 하는 포상 세라믹 물질기지의 용융 금속용 필터의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 포상 물질을 소정 형상의 필터로 형태화하는 작업을 소성-소결 작업전에 절단하므로써 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포상 세라믹 물질기지의 용융 금속용 필터의 제조방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 산화물의 혼합물, 또는 뮬라이트와 지르코니아의 혼합물, 또는 상기 혼합물의 전구체 조성물중 한가지에 개방형 셀을 갖는 유기 스폰지를 침지하여 성형 작업을 실시하고, 포상물질을 소정 형상의 필터로 형태화하는 작업이 소성-소결작업 후에 절단하므로써 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 포상 세라믹 물질기지의 용융 금속용 필터의 제조방법.
- SiO2/Al2O3/ZrO2의 중량비가 10∼20/50∼60/20∼40인 세개의 개별적인 산화물 SiO2, Al2O3및 ZrO2의 혼합물, 또는 뮬라이트/지르코니아의 중량비가 60∼80/20∼40인 뮬라이트와 지르코니아의 혼합물, 또는 45∼55중량%의 지르코늄 실리케이트와 45∼55중량%의 알루미나를 함유하는 SiO2, Al2O3및 ZrO2의 상기혼합물의 전구체 조성물 중 한가지를 만들고, 상기 혼합물 또는 전구체 조성물을 성형하여 개방형 전면 기공도가 50 내지 80%인 포상 구조를 부여하고, 상기와 같이 제조한 포상 물질을 1650 내지 1750℃의 온도에서 소성-소결 작업전 또는 후에 소정 형상의 필터로 형태화하여 제조한 필터.
- 세가지 산화물의 전체 중량에 대한 중량%로 10 내지 20%의 SiO2, 50 내지 60%의 Al2O3및 20 내지 40%의 ZrO2로 형성되어 있고, Al2O3및 SiO2는 뮬라이트 3Al2O32SiO2로 회합되고, 지르코니아와 뮬라이트의 합중량은 세라믹 물질의 적어도 90중량%이며, 개방형 전면 기공도가 50 내지 80%인 포상 세라믹 물질기지의 필터 위에 용융 금속 또는 합금을 1650 내지 1800℃ 정도의 온도에서 주입하여 용융 금속 또는 합금을 여과하는 방법.
