포상 세라믹 물질기지의 용용 금속용 필터 및 그 제조방법

Claims (9)

  1. 개방형 전면 기공도가 50 내지 80%인 포상 세라믹 물질을 기지로 하는 용용금속용 필터로서, 상기 물질이 10 내지 20%의 SiO2와 50 내지 60%의 Al2O3및 20 내지 40%의 ZrO2로 형성되어 있고, 상기 백분율은 세가지 산화물의 전체 중량에 대한 중량이며, Al2O3및SiO2는 뮬라이트 2SiO23Al|2O3로서 수반되고, 지르코니아와 뮬라이트의 합중량은 세라믹 물질 중량의 적어도 90%임을 특징으로 하는 포상세라믹 물질기지의 용용 금속용 필터.
  2. 제 1 항의 필터 제조 방법으로서, SiO2/Al2O3/ZrO2의 중량비가 10~20/50~60/20~40인 세개의 개별적인 산화물 SiO2,Al2O3,ZrO2의 혼합물, 또는 뮬라이트 지르코니아의 중량비가 60~80/20~40인 뮬라이트와 지르코니아의 혼합물, 또는 45~55%중량의 지르코늄 실리케이트와 45~55중량%와 알루미나를 함유하는 SiO2,Al2O3및 ZrO2의 상기 혼합물의 전구체 조성물을 만들고, 상기 혼합물 또는 전구체 조성물을 성형하여 개방형 전면 기공도가 50 내지 80%인 포상 또는 벌집형 구조를 부여하고, 상기와 같이 제조한 포상 물질을 1650 내지 1750℃정도의 온도에서 소성-소결작업전 또는 후에 소정 형상의 필터로 형태화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포상 세라믹 물질기지의 용용 금속용 필터의 제조방법.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 전구체 조성물이 50±1중량%의 알루미나와 50±1중량%의 지르코늄 실리케이트를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 포상 세라믹 물질기의 용용 금속용 필터의 제조방법.
  4. 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 성형 작업이 다공 구조를 위한 압출 장치를 사용하여 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 포상 세라믹 물질기지의 용융 금속용 필터의 제조방법.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 장치가 벌집형 구조를 제조하기 위한 압출 장치임을 특징으로 하는 포상 세라믹 물질기지의 용용 금속용 필터의 제조방법.
  6. 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 포상 물질을 소정형상의 필터로 형태화하는 작업을 소성-소결작업전에 절단하므로써 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포상 세라믹 물질기지의 용융 금속용 필터의 제조방법.
  7. 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 산화물의 혼합물, 뮬라이트와 지르코니아의 혼합물, 또는 상기 혼합물의 전구체 조성물에 개방형 셀을 갖는 유기 스폰지를 침지하여 상기 성형 작업을 실시하고, 포상 물질을 소정형상의 필터로 형태화하는 작업이 소성-소결후에 절단하므로써 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 포상 세라믹 물질기지의 용용 금속용 필터의 제조방법.
  8. 제 2 항에서 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조한 필터.
  9. 제 1 항 또는 제 8 항에 따른 포상 세라믹 물질기지의 필터위에 용용금속 또는 합금을 1650 내지 1800℃정도의 온도에서 주입하여 용용 금속 또는 합금을 여과하는 방법.
