Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- 플루오르 올레핀(a)과, 분자내에 올레핀성 불포화 결합과 가수분해성기를 갖는 유기 실리콘 화합물(b)로 된 불소함유 공중합체(A) 및 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 유기 실리콘 화합물(B)로 구성된 것이 특징인 불소함유 공중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 실리콘 화합물(B)의 사용량이 상기 불소함유 공중합체(A) 100중량부당 0.1∼60중량부인 것이 특징인 불소함유 공중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불소함유 공중합체(A)가 상기 플루오르 올레핀(a)을 25∼70몰% 함유하는 것이 특징인 불소함유 공중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불소함유 공중합체(A)가 상기 유기 실리콘 화합물(b)을 1∼50몰%을 함유하는 것이 특징인 불소함유 공중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플루오르 올레핀(a)의 탄소수가 2 또는 3인 것이 특징인 불소함유 공중합체조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 실리콘 화합물(b)이 하기 일반식(I),(II) 또는 (3)으로 표시되는 실란화합물인 것이 특징인 불소함유 공중합체 조성물:RlR2SiYlY2[I]RIXlSiYlY2[II]또는RlSiYlY2Y3[III](상기 식에서, R1과 R2는 서로 같거나 다르며, 올레핀성 불포화 결합을 갖는 1가의 유기기를 나타내며, X1은 올레핀성 불포화 결합을 갖지 않는 1가의 유기기를 나타내며, Yl,Y2및 Y3는 서로 같거나 다르고, 가수분해성기를 나타낸다).
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 R1이 비닐기이고, Yl,Y2및 Y3가 알콕시기 또는 알콕시 알콕시기인 것이 특징인 불소함유 공중합체 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 실란 화합물이, 비닐트리 메톡시실란, 비닐트리에톡시실란, 비닐트리스(메톡시에톡시)실란, 비닐옥시프로필트리메톡시실란, 비닐메틸디에톡시실란 및 비닐페닐디메톡시실란으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 화합물인 것이 특징인 불소함유 공중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불소함유 공중합체(A)가, 알킬비닐 에테르(c), 카르복시산 비닐에스테르(d)및 불포화 카르복시산 또는 그의 유도체(e)로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 1이상의 공단량체를 더 포함하는 것이 특징인 불소함유 공중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 실리콘 화합물(B)이 1이상의 가수분해성기를 갖는 것이 특징인 불소함유 공중합체 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 유기 실리콘 화합물(B)이 하기 일반식(IV)으로 표시되는 것인 불소함유 공중합체 조성물:(이 식에서, R3은 가수분해성기이고, R4는 수소원자 또는 유기기를 나타내며, R5는 유기기를 나타내며, 복수의 R3,R4또는 R5가 존재하는 경우, 이들은 서로 같거나 다르고, m은 0∼3의 정수, n은 0∼3의 정수, p는 0∼4의 정수, q는 0∼4의 정수이며, 단, m+n+p+q=4이고 p+q≥1이다)
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 유기 실리콘 화합물(B)이 하기 일반식(V)으로 표시되는 것인 불소함유 공중합체 조성물:(이 식에서, R6은 가수분해성기, R7은 수소원자 또는 유기기, R8은 탄소수 1∼10의 알킬렌, 옥시알킬렌 또는 알케닐렌기이며, m은 1∼3의 정수, n은 0∼2의 정수이고, 단, m+n=3이고, 복수의 R6또는 R7이 존재하는 경우, 서로 같거나 다를 수 있다).
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 R5가 알콕시기, 아실옥시기, 페녹시기, 이미녹시기 또는 알케닐옥시기를 나타내며, R7이 알킬기, 아릴기 또는 아랄킬기를 나타내는 것이 특징인 불소함유 공중합체 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 유기 실리콘 화합물이 하기 일발식(VI)으로 표시되는 것인 불소함유 공중합체조성물:(식에서, R9는 가수분해성기, Rl0은 유기기를 나타내며, p는 1∼4의 정수, m과 n은 0∼3의 정수이며, 단,p+m+n=4이고, p가 1이면 m이 1∼3의 정수이고, n은 0∼2의 정수이고, p+m+n=4의 조건을 만족하며, 복수의 R9또는 Rl0이 존재하는 경우, 서로 같거나 다를 수 있다).
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 R9가 알콕시기, 아실옥시기 또는 페녹시기를 나타내고, Rl0이 알킬기, 알케닐기, 시클로알킬기, 아릴기 또는 아릴알킬기를 나타내는 것이 특징인 불소함유 공중합체 조성물.
- 제1항의 불소함유 공중합체 조성물과 경화제(C)로 구성된 것이 특징인 불소함유 도포용 조성물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 경화제(C)의 사용량이 상기 불소함유 공중합체(A) 100중량부당, 0.03∼50중량부인 것이 특징인 불소함유 도포용 조성물.
- 제16항의 불소함유 도포용 조성물을 경화시켜 얻는 경화물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
