Abstract
Description
Claims (26)
- 비스말레이미드 화합물과 퍼하이드로 디아자형 복소한 화합물을 반응시켜 된 비스말레이미드계 중합체로 된 우수한 내유기용제성을 갖는 여과막재.
- 제1 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 비스말레이미드 중합체의 수평균 분자량이 7000 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 여과막재.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 비스말레이미드 화합물이 N,N′-m-페닐렌 비스말레이미드, N,N′-p-페닐렌 비스말레이미드, N,N′-4,4′-디페닐메탄-비스말레이미드, N,N′-4,4′-디페닐에테르 비스말레이미드, N,N′-3,4′-디페닐에테르-비스말레이미드, N,N′-4,4′-디페닐설폰-비스말레이미드, N,N′-m-키실렌 비스말레이미드, N,N′-3,4′-디페닐설폰-비스말레이미드 및 N,N′-4,4′-디페닐메탄-비스시트라콘이미드로 된 군에서 선택된 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 여과막재.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 퍼하이드로디아자형 복소환 화합물이 피페라진, 2-메틸피페라진, 2,5-디메틸피피페라진, 1,4-퍼하이드로디아제핀, 1,3-디피페라질프로판 및 1,3-디피페리딜 프로판으로 된 군에서 선택된 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 여과막재.
- 제1항 기재의 비스말레이미드 중합체를 중공 여과막으로 형성하여 얻어진 내유기용제성 중공사.
- 제2항 기재의 비스말레이미드 중합체를 중공 여과막으로 형성하여 얻어진 내유기용제성 중공사.
- 제4항 기재의 비스말레이미드 중합체를 중공 여과막으로 형성하여 얻어진 내유기용제성 중공사.
- 제1항 기재의 비스말레이미드 중합체를 쉬트상 여과막으로 형성하여 얻어진 내유기용제성 평필름.
- 제2항 기재의 비스말레이미드 중합체를 쉬트상 여과막으로 형성하여 얻어진 내유기용제성 평필름.
- 제4항 기재의 비스말레이미드 중합체를 쉬트상 여과막으로 형성하여 얻어진 내유기용제성 평필름.
- 비스말레이미드화합물과 퍼하이드로디아자형 복소한 화합물을 반응시켜 형성한 비스말레이미드 중합체를 용매에 용해시키고, 그 중합체 용액을 방사액으로 하고, 2m/분 이상의 방사속도로 방사하여 중공섬유-형 여과막을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사 형성방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 n-메틸피로리돈, 디메틸포름아미드, 디메틸아세트아미드 및 HMPA로 되는 군에서 선택된 용매인 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사의 제조방법.
- 제13 또는 14항에 있어서, 상기 용매중의 비스말레이미드 중합체의 농도가 10∼35%인 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사의 제조방법.
- 비스말레이미드화합물과 퍼하이드로디아자형 복소환화합물을 반응시켜 형성된 비스말레이미드 중공체를 용매중에 용해시켜 캐스팅 용액을 형성하고, 이 캐스팅용액을 필름-형성지지체의 표면위에 캐스팅 또는 도포하고 이 캐스팅 또는 도포된 용액을 기체와 함께 응고액중에 침지시켜 평필름-형 여과막을 형성하게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 평막의 제조방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 n-메틸피로리돈, 디메틸포름아미드, 디메틸아세트아미드 및 HMPA로 되는 군에서 선택되는 용매인 것이 특징인 평막의 제조방법.
- 제17 또는 18항에 있어서, 상기 용매중의 비스말레이미드의 중합체의 농도가 10∼50%인 것을 특징으로 하는 평막의 제조방법.
- 비스말레이미드 화합물과 퍼하이드로디아자형 복소환 화합물을 소량의 페놀의 공존하에 할로겐-함유유기 용매중에서 반응시켜 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 우수한 내유기용제성을 갖는 비스말레이미드의 제조방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 비스말레이미드 화합물이 N,N′-m-페닐렌-비스말레이미드, N,N′-p-페닐렌-비스말레이미드, N,N′-4,4′-디페닐메탄-비스말레이미드, N,N′-4,4′-디페닐에테르-비스말레이미드, N,N′-3,4′-디페닐에테르-비스말레이미드, N,N′-4,4′-디페닐설폰-비스말레이미드, N,N′-m-키실렌-비스말레이미드, N,N′-3,4′-디페닐설폰-비스말레이미드 및 N,N′-4,4′-디페닐메탄-비스시트라콘이미드로된 군에서 선택된 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 비스말레이미드 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 퍼하이드로디아자형 복소환 화합물이 상기 비스말레이미드의 몰당 0.76∼1.43몰의 양으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비스말레이미드의 제조방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 페놀이 비스말레이미드 화합물의 100중량부당 0.5∼25중량부의 양으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비스말레이미드 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제21 또는 22항에 있어서, 상기 페놀이 페놀, m-크레졸, p-크레졸, m-이소프로필페놀, p-이소프로필페놀, 하이드로키논, 레소르신올 및 카테콜로 된 군에서 선택된 페놀인 것을 특징으로 하는 비스말레이미드 중합체의 제조방법.
