Description

동력 경운기에서의 표시등 제어장치
제1도는 본 고안의 실시예를 나타낸 동력 경운기의 외관도.
제2도는 본 고안을 전기시동식 경운기에 적용한 예의 회로 구성도.
제3도는 본 고안을 밧데리가 취부된 수동식 경운기에 적용한 예의 회로 구성도.
제4도는 본 고안을 밧데리가 취부되지 않은 일반 수동식 경운기에 적용한 예의 회로 구성도.

본 고안은 동력경운기에서의 표시등 제어장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 동력경운기 엔진앞부분좌, 우측에 전방 좌,우방향지시등을 설치하고 트레일러 뒷부분 좌우측 상하에 후방좌, 우방향지시등 및 야광반사경을 설치하여 주행시에 안전사고를 미연에 방지할수 있도록한 동력경운기에서의 표시등 제어장치에 관한 것이다.
종래에 있어, 경운기의 표시등 장치로서는 트레일러 뒷판에 야간반사경 및 야광페인트, 데칼 등을 부착한 것이 있고, 또한 국내 실용신안 공개 번호 89-16210호에 게재된 장치는 경운기 엔진 앞쪽에 방향지시등과 트레일러 뒷쪽에 방향지시등 및 제동등을 설치하고 이를 작동시키기 위하여 핸들대에 방향지시용스위치 및 점멸릴레이 구동회로부를 설치하여 브레이크 페달을 밟을때에 제동등이 점등 되도록하는 장치가 있다.
그러나 전자의 경우에는 야간주행시 또는 좌, 우 회전시에 식별이 용이하지 못할뿐만 아니라 표시등이 없어 사고의 위험성이 매우높은 문제점이 있고, 후자의 경우에는 방향지시등 및 제동등이 구비되어 있어 사용상 불편함은 없으나, 전압조정기가 없어 각종 표시등의 밝기가 일정하기 못할뿐만 아니라 전구의 수명이 짧아지는 문제점이 있으며 제동등 설치로 인한 브레이크부에 회로를 설치해야만 하는 불편함이 있었다.
본 고안은 이러한 종래의 문제점을 감안하여 야간주행시에 원거리(대략 150m-200m)에서도 식별이 용이한 야광 반사경을 설치하고 각종 표시등의 밝기를 일정하게 하기위한 전압조정기를 설치하여 경운기의 주행시에 안전사고를 미연에 방지할수 있도록함을 목적으로 한것으로서, 이를 첨부한 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 제1도에서와 같이 통상의 경운기 엔진(9) 앞부분 좌우측에 전방좌, 우방향지시등(2)(2')을 설치하고, 트레일러(10) 뒷부분 좌우측 상하에 후방좌, 우방향지시등93)(3') 및 야광반사경(4)(4')을 각각 설치하여, 상기 전방좌, 우방향지시등(2)(2')과 후방좌, 우방향지시등(3)(3')을 작동시키는 방향지시등스위치(1)를 핸들대(11)의 손잡이 부분에 설치하고, 상기 전,후방 좌,우방향지시등(2)(2')(3)(3')을 점멸시키는 점멸기(5) 및 전압조정기(6)를 일측 핸들대(11)앞쪽에 설치하여서된 것이다.
상기한 점멸기(5)를 제어하는 회로부 구성은 제2도 내지 제4도에 나타냄과 같으며, 여기서 제 2도는 전기기동식 경운기에 적용한 예를 나타내고, 제3도는 밧데리가 취부된 수동식 경운기에 적용한 예이며, 제4도는 밧데리가 취부되지 않은 수동식 경운기에 적용한 예이다.
이와같이 구성된 본고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
우선 본 고안에서 전기 기동식 경운기에 적용한 예를 제2도를 참조하여 설명하면, 제2도에서 시동키를 작동시키면 밧데리(7)전원이 키스위치(SW1)에 가해져서 시동이 이루어지고, 이때 전원은 전압조정기(6) 및 콘넥터(8)의 접속단자(20-25)를 통해 일정한 전압으로 되어 엔진오일 센서(S) 및 각종표시등인 전조등(L1) 충전경보등(L2), 전방좌,우방향지시등(2)(2'), 후방좌,우방향지시등(3)(3')을 작동시키게 된다.
이중에서 전후방좌, 우방향지시등(2)(2')(3)(3')에 인가되는 전원은 밧데리(7)의 양(+)전압에서 인출하고 방향지시등스위치(1)를 좌,우표시등 위치로 선택전환하면 제1도에 도시한 바와같이 경운기엔진(9)의 앞부분 좌우측에 형성된 전방좌, 우방향지시등(2)(2')과 트레일러(10)의 뒷부분 좌우측위에 형성된 후방좌, 우방향지시등(3)(3')에 선택적으로 전원이 가해짐과 동시에 방향지시등스위치(1)의 가동단자에 연결된 점멸기(5)가 점멸하게 되므로 좌우회전 깜박이 역할을 하게된다.
다음에 본 고안에서 밧데리가 취부된 수동식 경운기에 적용한 예를 제3도를 참조하여 설명하면, 제3도에서 시동은 전기 기동식 경운기와는 달리 손으로 플라이휠을 회전시켜 작동시키며, 이경우 밧데리(7)는 단지팬 제너레이터(G)에서 발생되는 전원을 충전하여 시동이 꺼지거나 또는 작동하지 않을때에도 전후방좌,우방향지시등(2)(2')(3)(3')을 작동시킬수 있도록 하였으며, 그밖의 회로 동작은 전기 기동식과 동일하다.
다음에 본 고안에서 밧데리가 취부되지 않은 일반 수동식 경운기에 적용한 예를 제4도를 참조하여 설명하면, 제4도에서 시동은 손으로 플라이 휠을 회전시켜 작동시키며, 밧데리(7)가 구비되어있지 않으므로 경운기엔진(9)구동상태에서만 전후방좌,우방향지시등(2)(2')(3)(3')을 동작시킬수가 있으며, 그밖의 동작은 전기 기동식과 동일하여 이에 대한 설명은 생략한다.
그리고 제2도에서 M은 시동 모우터이고, L1은 전조등이며, L2는 충전경보등이고, SW2는 전조등스위치이다.
이상에서 설명한 바와같이 본 고안은 경운기의 야간 주행시에 원거리(150m-200m)에서도 식별이 용이하여 종래의 제동등 설치하에 따른 불편을 해소할 뿐만 아니라 전압조정기를 설치하여 각종 표시등의 밝기를 일정하게 조정할수가 있는 것이어서 제품의 신뢰도를 높이고 또한 주행시 안전사고를 미연에 방지할수 있는 유용한 고안인 것이다.

  1. 통상의 경운기엔진(9)앞부분 좌우측에 전방 좌,우방향지시등(2)(2')을 설치하고, 트레일러(10) 뒷부분 좌우측 상하에 후방좌,우방향지시등(3)(3') 및 야광반사경(4)(4')을 각각 설치하며, 상기 좌,우 방향지시등(2)(2')(3)(3')을 작동시키는 방향지시등 스위치(1)를 핸들대(11)의 손잡이 부분에 설치하고, 상기 좌,우방향 지시등(2)(2')(3)(3')을 점멸시키는 점멸기(5) 및 전압조정기(6)를 일측 핸들대(11)앞쪽에 설치하여서된 동력경운기에서의 표시등 제어장치.
