Description

동력경운기의 조명장치
제 1 도 본 고안의 회로도이다.
* 도면의 주요부분에 대한 부호의 설명

본 고안은 동력경운기의 조명장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 경운기의 팬제너레이터에 레귤레이터를 연결함과 더불어 이 레귤레이터에다 기존의 전조등과 함께 플레셔유니트와 방향지시등 및 차폭등과 같은 조명장치를 연결시켜 경운기의 운전상태 및 방향전환상태를 표시해줌으로써 경운기의 안전운행을 도모할 수 있도록 된 동력경운기의 조명장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 동력경운기에는 방향전환을 표시하거나 적재함의 폭을 나타내는 조명장치가 구비되어 있지 않기 때문에, 교차로와 같은 곳에서의 방향전환시는 물론 야간운행시에 사고가 많이 발생하게 되는 문제점이 있었다.
이에 본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 팬제너레이터에 레귤레이터가 연결되면서 이 레귤레이터에 전조등과 차폭등 및 플레셔유니트와 방향지시등이 연결되어, 팬제너레이터로 부터 발생하는 전압으로 작동되도록 함으로써 경운기의 안전운행을 도모할 수 있도록 된 동력경우기의 조명장치를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안 동력경운기의 조명장치는, 팬제너레이터(1)의 출력선에 커넥터(2)를 매개로 레귤레이터(3)가 접속되고, 이 레귤레이터(3)에는 상기 커넥터(2) 및 퓨즈(4)를 매개로 제 1 스위치(5)와 제 2 스위치(6)가 공통접속되면서, 상기 제 1 스위치(5)에는 전조등(7)과 차폭등(8)이 접속되고, 상기 제 2 스위치(6)에는 플레셔유니트(9)를 통해 방향지시등(10, 10', 11, 11')이 접속시켜진 구조로 되어 있다.
상기와 같은 구성으로 된 본 고안은, 엔진구동시 팬제너레이터(1)로부터 발생한 전압이 레귤레이터(3)에 의해 일정전압으로 조절되어 제 1, 제 2 스위치(5,6)로 공급됨으로써, 제 1 스위치(5)를 조작하면 전조등(7)과 차폭등(8)이 작동되고, 제 2 스위치(6)를 조작하면 선택적으로 플레셔유니트(9)에 의해 좌.우방향지시등(10, 10', 11, 11') 이 점멸동작하게 된다.
이하 첨부도면을 참조로 본 고안에 대해 상세히 설명한다.
제 1 도는 본 고안의 회로도로서, 팬제너레이터(1)에 레귤레이터(3)를 매개로 제 1, 제 2 스위치(5, 6)와 플레셔유니트(9), 전조등(7), 차폭등(8) 및 방향지시등(10, 10', 11, 11')이 접속되어 있는데, 팬제너레이터(1)로부터 발생된 전압을 레귤레이터(3)에 의해 일정하게 조정되고, 이 일정하게 조정된 전압이 커넥터(2)를 통해 제 1, 제 2 스위치(5,6)로 인가되는 상태에서 만일 제 1스위치(5)를 1단계로 ON시키게 되면, 스위치내부접점(C)이 접점(C1, C2)과 접속되어져 전조등(7)과 차폭등(8)이 커지게 된다. 이때 제 1 스위치(5)를 2단계로 ON 시키게 되면 접점(C)이 접점(C1,C2)과 접속되어져 전조등(7)과 차폭등(8)이 더욱 밝아지게 된다.
그리고, 제 2 스위치(6)를 예컨대 좌측으로 조작하게 되면 스위치내부접점(S1) 이 접점(S) 과 접속되고, 접점(B) 이 접점(B1) 과 접속되면서 전원이 레귤레이터(3)로부터 플레셔유니트(9)를 통해 좌측방향지시등(10,10')에 공급되어 이 방향지시등(10,10') 점멸상태로 표시되게 된다. 또 제 2 스위치(6) 예컨대 우측으로 조작하게 되면 스위치내부접점(S)이 접점(S2)과 접속되고, 접점(B) 이 접점(B2) 과 접속되어져 우측방향지시등(10,10')이 점멸하게 된다.
한편 상기 레귤레이터(3)와 플레셔유니트(9)는 경운기의 변속레버커버(도시되지 않았음) 안에 설치되고, 방향지시등(10, 10', 11, 11')은 엔진몸체(도시되지 않았음) 앞쪽 및 적재함(도시되지 않았음) 뒷면의 좌우양쪽에 설치된다.
그리고 차폭등(8)은 적재함 뒷면 좌우양쪽에 설치하고 제 1, 제 2 스위치(5,6)는 양쪽핸들(도시되지 않았음)에 각각 설치하게 되면 보다 편리하게 조작할 수 있게 된다. 그리고 상기 퓨즈(4)는 레귤레이터(3)의 고장시 조명 장치부분에 과전압이 인가될 때 끊어지게 되어 조명기구를 보호하도록 설치된다.
상술한 바와 같은 본 고안은 전조등(7)의 점등과 동시에 적재함 뒷면의 차폭등(8)이 점등되게 됨으로 야간운행시 경운기 뒷쪽에서의 추돌사고를 방지할 수 있게 될 뿐만아니라, 좌.우방향지시등(10, 10', 11, 11')의 조작으로 경운기의 진행방향을 미리 예고하게 되어 안전한 운행을 도모할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

  1. 팬제너레이터(1)의 출력선에 커넥터(2)를 매개로 레귤레이터(3)가 접속되고, 이 레귤레이터(3)에는 상기 커넥터(2)를 매개로 제 1 스위치(5)와 제 2 스위치(6)가 접속되면서 상기 제 1 스위치(5)에는 전조등(7)과 차폭등(8)이 접속되며, 상기 제 2 스위치(6)에는 플레셔유니트(9)를 통해 좌, 우방향지시등(10, 10', 11, 11')이 접속된 것을 특징으로 하는 동력경운기의 조명장치.
