Claims (7)
- 복합 가소성 필라멘트를 연속적으로 방출하기 위한 스피닝 노즐 시스템으로 구성되는 스펀-필라멘트 플리스를 제조하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트를 수용하는 냉각 샤프트와 연속갭과 상기 연속갭의 디퓨저 샤프트와 연속 운동 플리스 수용컨베이어와 상기 컨베이어를 통해 배출공기를 끌고 작용공기를 공급하기 위한 수단으로 구성되고, 상기 냉각 샤프트는 냉각시키는 데 필요한 작용공기가 상기 플리스 전달 컨베이어를 통해 적어도 일부가 끌려지는 공기 유동을 통과할 수 있는 다소의 공기 오리피스가 제공된 샤프트벽을 구비하고, 상기 컨베이어 상에 부착된 스펀-필라멘트 플리스의 매트 두께를 측정하기 위해 상기 컨베이어를 따른 두께 측정수단은 스펀-필라멘트 플리스의 매트 전체폭을 따라 평균값 또는 분리된 포인트로서 측정가능하고, 수평 피봇축을 가진 적어도 하나의 공기 제어플랩은 상기 연속갭의 상부흐름에 놓여지고 설정포인트 값으로부터 상기 두께에 대한 측정값의 편차에 따라 상기 공기 유동에 대해 조절가능한 설정각도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 스펀-필라멘트 플리스를 제조하기 위한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플리스 수용 컨베이어는 가는 스크린 컨베이어인 것을 특징으로 하는 스펀-필라멘트 플리스를 제조하기 위한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공기 제어플랩의 두 대향 플랩이 제공되고 상호에 대해 동시에 조절가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 스핀-필라멘트 플리스를 제조하기 위한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공기 제어플랩은 탄성적으로 변형가능하고 상기 공기 제어플랩의 전 길이를 따라 여러 설정각도로 조절가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 스펀-필라멘트 플리스를 제조하기 위한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 두께 측정수단 및 상기 공기 제어플랩은 상기 두께의 설정포인트 값이 연관되는 피이드백 제어 루프에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스펀-필라멘트 플리스를 제조하기 위한 장치.
- 스펀-필라멘트 플리스를 제조하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 스피닝 노즐 시스템과 연속갭이 제공된 냉각 샤프트와 상기 냉각 샤프트는 다수의 공기 오리피스가 제공된 샤프트벽을 구비하고 냉각시키는데 필요한 작용공기는 공기유동을 제공하도록 상기 공기 오리피스를 통해 유입가능하고, 디퓨저 샤프트와 연속운동 플리스 전달 컨베이어와 상기 컨베이어를 통해 배출공기를 끌고 작용공기를 공급하기 위한 수단과 상기공기유동은 상기 플리스 전달 컨베이어를 통해 적어도 일부 끌려지게 되고, 상기 스펀-필라멘트 플리스의 두께를 측정하기 위한 상기 플리스 전달 컨베이어와 연관된 두께 측정수단은 상기 스펀-필라멘트 플리스의 전폭을 따라 평균값 또는 분리 포인트로써 측정가능하고, 상기 연속갭의 상부 흐름에 놓여진 수평 피봇축을 구비하는 적어도 두 대향 공기 제어플랩의 설정각도는 상기 두께의 설정포인트 값으로부터 측정값의 편차에 따라 상기 공기유동에 대해 동시에 조절가능하고, 상기 설정각도를 가진 상기 공기 제어플랩 및 상기 두께 측정수단은 상기 스펀-필라멘트 플리스의 상기 설정포인트 값 중 하나의 조절가능한 것과 연관된 피이드백 제어 루프에 제공되는 것으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스펀-필라멘트 플리스를 제조하기 위한 장치.
- 스펀-필라멘트 플리스를 제조하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 연속갭이 제공된 냉각 샤프트와 상기 냉각 샤프트는 다수의 공기 오리피스가 제공된 샤프트벽을 구비하고, 냉각시키는 데 필요한 작용공기는 공기유동을 제공하도록 상기 공기 오리피스를 통해 유입가능하고, 연속 운동 플리스 전달 컨베이어와, 상기 컨베이어를 통해 배출공기를 끌고 작용공기를 공급하기 위한 수단과, 상기 공기유동은 상기 플리스 전달 컨베이어를 통해 적어도 일부 끌려지게 되고, 상기 스펀-필라멘트 플리스의 두께를 측정하기 위해 상기 플리스 전달 컨베이어와 연관된 두께 측정수단은 상기 스펀-필라멘트 플리스의 전폭을 따라 평균값 또는 분리된 포인트로 측정가능하고, 상기 연속갭의 상부 흐름에 놓인 수평 피봇축을 각기 구비한 적어도 두 대향공기 제어플랩의 설정각도는 상기 두께의 설정포인트 값으로부터 측정값의 편차에 따라 상기 공기유동에 대해 동시에 조절가능하고, 상기 두께 측정수단 및 상기 설정각도를 갖는 상기 공기 제어플랩은 상기 스펀-필라멘트 플리스 두께의 상기 설정포인트 값 중 조절가능한 것과 연관된 피이드백 제어 루프에 제공되는 것으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스펀-필라멘트 플리스를 제조하기 위한 장치.
