Claims (24)
- 에틸렌·α-오레핀계 공중합체고무의 부분가교물과 폴리오레핀계 수지를 포함하는 열가소성 에라스토머로 된 성형물의 표면위에 포화폴리에스테르 및 염소화 폴리오레핀에서 선택한 적어도 하나의 화합물을 포함하는 프라이머층을 설비하고 프라이머층위에 포화폴리에스테르, 아크릴산에스테르 수지, 폴리염화비닐 및 이소시아네이트 수지에서 선택한 적어도 1종의 화합물을 포함하는 최상도포층(단 프라이머층의 포화 폴리에스테르만으로 된 경우에는 최상도포층은 적어도 아크릴산 에스테르 수지를 포함함)를 설비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 에라스토머 성형물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 에라스토머가 (ⅰ) ⒜ 에틸렌·α-오레핀계 공중합체 고무 20중량부이상 (ⅱ) ⒝ 폴리오레핀 수지 80중량부 이하(단, ⒜+⒝는 100중량부임) 및 (ⅲ) 퍼옥사이드 비가교형 탄화수소계 고무상 물질⒞ 및 광유계 연화제⒟에서 선택한 적어도 1종의 성분 200중량부 이하로 된 혼합물을 가교제 존재하에 동적으로 열처리하여 얻어진 부분가교 공중합체 고무 조성물(Ⅰ) 30중량부 이상과 폴리오레핀 수지(Ⅱ) 70중량부 이하로 된 조성물로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 에라스토머 성형물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 프라이머층이 염소화 폴리오레핀과 무수규산을 포함함이 특징인 열가소성 에라스토머 성형물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 포화 폴리에스테르가 폴리에틸렌 테레프타레이트, 폴리 브틸렌 테레프타레이트 또는 이들의 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 에라스토머 성형물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 염소화 폴리오레핀아염소화 폴리에틸렌 염소화 폴리프로필렌 또는 염소화 에틸렌·α-오레핀 공중합체인 것이 특징인 열가소성 에라스토머 성형물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 프라이머층의 두께가 10∼20μm인 것이 특징인 열가소성 에라스토머 성형물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 최상도포층의 두께가 3∼30μm인 것이 특징인 열가소성 에라스토머 성형물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 최상도포층이 아크릴산 에스테르와 폴리염화비닐과 무수규산을 포함함이 특징인 열가소성 에라스토머 성형물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 프라이머층(언더 코오트층)과 최상도포층 사이에 프린트 잉크층이 설비된 것이 특징인 열가소성 에라스토머 성형물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성형물이 쉬트상인 것이 특징인 열가소성 에라스토머 성형물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 에라스토머가 (a) 에틸렌·α-오레핀계 공중합체 고무 20중량부 이상 (b) 폴리오레핀 수지 80중량부 이하(단, (a)+(b)는 100중량부임)로 된 혼합물을 가교제 존재하에 동적으로 열처리하여 얻어진 부분 가교 공중합체 고무 조성물(I) 30중량부 이상과 폴리오레핀수지(II) 70중량부 이하로 된 조성물로 형성한 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 에라스토머 성형물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 에라스토머가 (a) 에틸렌·α-오레핀계 공중합체 고무를 가교제 존재하에 동적으로 열처리하여 얻어진 부분 가교 공중합체 고무 조성물(I) 30중량부 이상과 폴리오레핀수지(II) 70중량부 이하로 된 조성물로 형성한 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 에라스토머 성형물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 에라스토머가 (i) (a) 에틸렌·α-오레핀계 공중합체 고무 100중량부 (iii) 퍼옥사이드 비가교형 탄화수소계 고무상 물질(c) 및 광유계 연화제(d)에서 선택한 적어도 1종의 성분 200중량부 이하로 된 혼합물을 가교제 존재하에 동적으로 열처리하여 얻어진 부분 가교 공중합체 고무 조성물(I) 30중량부 이상과 폴리오레핀수지(II) 70중량부 이하로 된 조성물로 형성한 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 에라스토머 성형물.
- 에틸렌·α-오레핀계 공중합체 고무의 부분가교물을 포함하는 열가소성 에라스토머로 된 표면위에 포화 폴리에스테르 및 염소화 폴리오레핀에서 선택한 적어도 1종의 화합물을 포함하는 프라이머층을 설비하고 이 프라이머층 위에 포화 폴리에스테르, 아크릴산 에스테르수지, 폴리염화 비닐 및 이소시아네이트 수지에서 선택한 적어도 1종의 화합물을 포함하는 최상 도포층(단, 프라이머층이 포화 폴리에스테르만으로 된 경우에는 최상 도포층은 적어도 아크릴산 에스테르 수지를 포함함)을 설비하여 된 것으로 특징으로 하는 열가소성 에라스토머 성형물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 열가소성 에라스토머가 (a) 에틸렌·α-오레핀계 공중합체 수지 20중량부 이상 (b) 폴리오레핀 수지 70중량부 이하(단, (a)+(b)는 100중량부임)으로 된 혼합물을 가교제 존재하에 동적으로 열처리하여 얻어진 부분 가교 공중합체 고무 조성물(I)로 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 에라스토머 성형물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 열가소성 에라스토머가 (i) (a) 에틸렌·α-오레핀계 공중합체 고무 20중량부 이상 (ii) (b) 폴리오레핀 수지 80중량부 이하(단, (a)+(b)는 100중량부 임) (iii) 퍼옥사이드 비가교형 탄화수소계 고무 (c) 및 광유계 연화제(d)에서 선택한 적어도 1종의 성분 200중량부 이하로 된 혼합물을 가교제 존재하에 동적으로 열처리하여 얻어진 부분 가교 공중합체 열처리하여 얻어진 부분 가교 공중합체 고무 조성물(I)으로 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 에라스토머 성형물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 프라이머층이 염소화 폴리오레핀과 무수규산을 포함함이 특징인 열가소성 에라스토머 성형물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 포화 폴리에스테르가 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리브틸렌 테레프타레이트 또는 이들의 유도체인 것이 특징인 열가소성 에라스토머 성형물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 염소화 폴리오레핀이 염소화 폴리에틸렌 염소화 폴리프로필렌 또는 염소화 에틸렌·α-오레핀 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 에라스토머 성형물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 프라이머층의 두께가 10∼20μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 에라스토머 성형물.
