Claims (16)

  1. 적어도 하나의 층이 층 및 기질의 총중량을 기준으로, (1) (2)의 담체에 의해 운반되는 수-가용성 살충제 또는 이의 수-가용형 또는 살충제의 수-분산형을 0. 1 내지 50중량%, (2) 수-가용성 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 폴리프로필렌 글리콜 또는 이들의 유도체, 공중합체 또는 혼합물로 구성된 부류로부터 선택된 중량 평균 분자량이 150 내지 8000 범위인 담체를 1 내지 20%중량, 및 (3) 입자직경이 500μ 이상인 수-가용성 또는 수-분산성 입상 기질을 50 내지 98.9중량% 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 수-가용성 또는 수-분산성의 층을 이룬 살충제 입상 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 살충제가 담체에 포함된 입상 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 살충제, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 및 기질의 %가 각각 0.5 내지 40%, 3 내지 15% 및 70 내지 98%인 조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜의 중량 평균 분자량이 3000 내지 8000의 범위인 조성물.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜의 중량 평균 분자량이 3000 내지 8000의 범위인 조성물.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 살충제가 2-[[N-(4-메톡시-6-메틸-1,3,5-트리아진-2-일)-N-메틸아미노]카보닐]아미노]설포닐]벤조산, 메틸 에스테르, 3-[[[[(4-메톡시-6-메틸-1,3,5-트리아진-2-일)아미노]카보닐]아미노]설포닐-2-티오펜 카복실산, 메틸 에스테르, 메틸 2-[[[[(4,6-디메톡시-2-피리미디닐)아미노]카보닐]아미노]설포닐]메틸 벤조에이트, 메틸-2[[[[(4-메톡시-6-메틸-1,3,5-트리아진-2-일)아미노]카보닐]아미노]설포닐]벤조에이트, 2-클로로-N-[[(4-메톡시-6-메틸-1,3,5-트리아진-2-일)아미노]카보닐]벤젠설폰아미드 및 농업상 적합한 이들의 염으로 이루어진 부류로부터 선택된 하나의 구성원 및 이들의 수분산성제형인 조성물.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서, 기질이 프릴형태인 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 프릴이 요소프릴인 조성물.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜의 중량 평균 분자량이 3000 내지 6000의 범위인 조성물.
  10. 제3항에 있어서, 기질이 2,4-디클로로페녹시아세트산, 4-클로로-2-메틸페녹시아세트산, (+/-)-또는 (R, +)-2-(4-클로로-2-메틸페녹시) 프로퍼온산, 글라이포스페이트, 메트리부진, 메타벤즈티아 주론, 이들의 혼합물 및 농업상 적합한 염으로 이루어진 부류의 구성원중 하나의 입상 및 이들의 고체 제형인 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 피복 살충제가, 2-[[N-(4-메톡시-6-메틸-1,3,5-트리아진-2-일)-N-메틸아미노]카보닐]아미노]설포닐]벤조산, 메틸 에스테르, 3-[[[[(4-메톡시-6-메틸-1,3,5-트리아진-2-일)아미노]카보닐]아미노]설포닐-2-티오펜 카복실산, 메틸 에스테르, 메틸 2-[[[[(4,6-디메톡시-2-피리미디닐)아미노]카보닐]아미노]설포닐]메틸 벤조에이트, 및 메틸 -2-[[[[(4-메톡시-6-메틸-1,3,5-트리아진-2-일)아미노]카보닐]아미노]설포닐]벤조에이트 및 전술한 것들의 농업상 적합한 염 및 수분산성 제제로 구성된 부류중에서 선택된, 한 구성원인 조성물.
  12. 수-가용성 또는 수-분산성 입상 기질을 폴리에틸렌글리콜 결합제와 접촉시켜 기질을 피복하고, 피복된 기질을 액체 상태에서 수-가용성 또는 수-분산성의 미분쇄된 살충제와 접촉시킨 다음 이로부터 피복된 입상을 회수함을 특징으로 하여, 층을 이룬 입상을 제조하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 살충제가 글리콜 결합제와 함께 도입되는 방법.
  14. 수-가용성 또는 수-분상성 입상 기질을 폴리에틸렌글리콜 결합제와 접촉시키고, 이로써 수득된 혼합물을 60 내지 125℃ 범위의 온도로 가열하여 글리콜을 적어도 부분적으로 용융시킴으로써 기질을 피복시키며 피복된 기질을 용융상태에서 수-가용성 또는 수-분산성의 미분쇄된 살충제와 접촉시킨 다음 생성된 조성물을 교반하에 냉각시켜 글리콜을 고화시킴을 특징으로 하여, 층을 이룬 입상을 제조하는 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 온도를 70 내지 90℃의 범위에서 유지시키는 방법.
  16. 제17항에 있어서, 기질이 2,4-디클로로페녹시 아세트산 입상, 이의 농업상 적합한 염 및 고체 제형인 조성물.
