Description
Claims (11)
- 제1속도에서 공기차(gap)를 통해 하부로 이동되며, 제1속도 미만인 하부로 수직인 성분을 지니는 제2속도에서 방적돌기면 아래의 날실 너비를 가로지르는 공통선과 날실이 이루는 각도에서 각각의 날실면으로 부터 공통선의 날실보다 너비가 더 넓은 응고 액체의 맞은면 쉬트(sheet)를 제팅(jetting) 시키는 필라멘트의 수직 날실을 형성하기 위해 방적돌기내에 직선으로 배열된 구멍을 통해 용액을 사출시켜 중합체의 용액으로부터 필라멘트를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체는 파라-방향족 폴리아미드이고, 용액은 광학적으로 비등방성인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 파라-방향족 폴리아미드가 폴리(p-페닐렌테레프탈아미드)인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2속도의 수직선으로 하부 방향인 성분이 제1속도의 제20% 내지 약 99%인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공통선보다 아래로 필라멘트의 방향을 변화시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1속도가 200 내지 2000m/분인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 액체의 맞은편 쉬트가 투명한 방법.
- 방적돌기면에 직선으로 배열된 구멍을 갖는 방적돌기 ; 및 방적돌기의 반대편에 위치하고, 방적돌기 면에 인접해 있으며, 구멍의 배열이 평행하고 제트 홈이 방적돌기면 바로 아래에 수직으로 공통선과 만날 수 있도록 연장된 한쌍의 직선 제트 몸체를 포함하는 방적돌기 바로밑에 위치한 필라멘트 응고 수단을 포함하는 중합체 용액으로부터 필라멘트를 제조하기 위한 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 방적돌기의 면에 대해 공통선의 위치가 변하도록 직선 제트 몸체의 위치를 조절하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 공통선이 방적돌기 면 아래에 수직으로 약 1cm 내지 3cm 에 위치하는 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 공통선에서 제트 홈의 연장사이에 포함되는 각도가 20 내지 60°인 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
