Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para preparar filamentos de una solución polimérica, caracterizado porque se extruye la solución por aberturas linealmente colocadas en una tobera hiladora para formar una urdimbre vertical de filamentos desplazándose descendentemente a una primera velocidad a través de un interespacio de aire, eyectando láminas opuestas de un líquido coagulante a una segunda velocidad desde cada lado de la urdimbre, en un angulo con dicha urdimbre, para encontrarse en una línea común de un lado a otro de la urdimbre, abajo de la cara de la tobera hiladora, cada una de las láminas de líquido es más ancha que la uridmbre en la línea común; la segunda velocidad tiene un componente verticalmente descendente que es menor que la primera velocidad.
