Description
Claims (19)
- 아연도금 또는 아연합금도금강판의 표면에 크로메이트 피막을 갖고 있으며, 이 크로메이트 피막의 상부에, 유리전이온도가 293∼342°K인 유기용제 가용성의 에폭시수지에, 소수성 실리카를 에폭시수지 : 소수성 실리카의 중량비로 80:20~50:50의 비율로 배합한 수지조성물 피박을 0.3~5.0g/㎡의 부착량으로 형성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 크로메이트피막의 크롬부착량이 금속크롬환산으로 10~200mg/㎡, 바람직하게는 30~80mg/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시수지 : 소수성 실리카의 중량비가 70:30~55:45인 것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소수성 실리카의 입경이 1~500㎛, 바람직하게는 5~100㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수지조성물 피막의 부착량이 0.5~3.0g/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수지조성물 피막이 에폭시수지 및 소수성 실리카의 성분의 고형분 중량합계 100중량부대에 대하여 0.5~15중량부의 실란화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.
- 아연도금 또는 아연도금 강판의 표면에, 크로메이트 피막을 금속크롬환산으로으로 30~80g/㎡의 부착량으로 형성하고, 이 크로메이트 피막상부에, 유리전이온도가 293~342°K인 유기용제 가용성의 에폭시수지에, 입경이 5~100㎛인 소수성 실리카를 에폭시 수지 : 소수성 실리카의 중량비로 70:30~55:45의 비율로 배합한 수지조성물의 피막을 0.5~3.0g/㎡의 부착량으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.

- 아연도금 또는 아연도금 강판의 표면에, 크로메이트 피막을 갖고 있으며, 이 크로메이트 피막상부에, 유리전이온도가 293~342°K인 유기용제 가용성의 에폭시수지에 소수성 실리키와 난용성 Cr 화합물을, 에폭시수지 : (소수성실리카+난용성 Cr화합물)의 중량비로 80:20~50:50, 또한 소수성 실리카 : 난용성 Cr 화합물의 중량비로 37:3~20;20의 비율로 배합한 수지조성물의 피막을 0.3~5.0g/㎡의 부착량으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.
- 제9항에 있어서, 크로메이트피막의 크롬부착량(dry)이 금속크롬환산으로 10~200mg/㎡, 바람직하게는 30~80mg/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.
- 제9항에 있어서, 소수성 실리카의 입경이 1~500㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.
- 제9항에 있어서, 수지조성물 피막의 부착량이 0.5~3.0g/m8z것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.
- 제9항에 있어서, 기체수지 : (소수성 실리카+난용성 Cr화합물)의 중량비가 70:30~55:45인 것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.
- 제9항에 있어서, 난용성 Cr화합물이 BaCrO4, SrCrO4의 1종 또는 2종으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.
- 제9항에 있어서, 수지조성물 피막이 에폭시수지, 소수성 실리카 및 난용성 Cr화합물의 성분이 고형분 중량합계 100중량부에 대하여 0.5~5중량부의 실란화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.
- 아연도금 또는 아연도금 강판의 표면에, 크로메이트 피막을 금속 크롬환산으로으로 30-80mg/㎡의 부착량으로 형성하고, 이 크로메이트 피막의 상부에, 유리전이온도가 293~342°K인 유기용제 가용성의 에폭시수지에, 입경이 5~100㎛인 소수성 실리카와 난용성 Cr 화합물을, 에폭시수지 : (소수성실리카+난용성 Cr화합물)의 중량비로 70:30~55:45, 또한 소수성 실리카 : 난용성 Cr 화합물의 중량비로 37:3~20;20의 비율로 배합한 수지조성물의 피막을 0.5~3.0g/㎡의 부착량으로 형성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.
- 제16항에 있어서, 난용성 Cr화합물, BaCrO4, SrCrO4의 1종 또는 2종으로부터 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.
- 아연도금 또는 아연도금 강판의 표면에 크로메이트 피막을 금속 크롬환산으로으로 30-80mg/㎡의 부착량으로 형성하고, 이 크로메이트 피막상부에, 유리전이온도가 293~342°K인 유기용제 가용성의 에폭시수지에, 입경이 5~100㎛인 소수성 실리카와 난용성 Cr 화합물을, 에폭시수지 : (소수성실리카+난용성 Cr화합물)의 중량비로 70:30~55:45, 또한 소수성 실리카 : 난용성 Cr 화합물의 중량비로 37:3~20;20의 비율로 배합함과 동시에, 에폭시수지, 소수성 실리카 및 난용성 Cr화합물 성분의 고형분 중량 합계 100중량부에 대하여 0.5~15중량부의 실란화합물을 배합한 수지조성물 피막을 0.5~3.0g/㎡의 부착량으로 형성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.
- 제18항에 있어서, 난용성 Cr화합물이 BrCrO4, SrCrO4의 1종 또는 2종으로부터 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
