제1도는 실시예2에 있어서, 기체유기수지피막의 유리전이온도가 투콘경도 및 H2O투과성에 미치는 영향을 조사한 것이다.

Claims (19)

  1. 아연도금 또는 아연합금도금강판의 표면에 크로메이트 피막을 갖고 있으며, 이 크로메이트 피막의 상부에, 유리전이온도가 293∼342°K인 유기용제 가용성의 에폭시수지에, 소수성 실리카를 에폭시수지 : 소수성 실리카의 중량비로 80:20~50:50의 비율로 배합한 수지조성물 피박을 0.3~5.0g/㎡의 부착량으로 형성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 크로메이트피막의 크롬부착량이 금속크롬환산으로 10~200mg/㎡, 바람직하게는 30~80mg/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시수지 : 소수성 실리카의 중량비가 70:30~55:45인 것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 소수성 실리카의 입경이 1~500㎛, 바람직하게는 5~100㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복강판.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 수지조성물 피막의 부착량이 0.5~3.0g/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 수지조성물 피막이 에폭시수지 및 소수성 실리카의 성분의 고형분 중량합계 100중량부대에 대하여 0.5~15중량부의 실란화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.
  7. 아연도금 또는 아연도금 강판의 표면에, 크로메이트 피막을 금속크롬환산으로으로 30~80g/㎡의 부착량으로 형성하고, 이 크로메이트 피막상부에, 유리전이온도가 293~342°K인 유기용제 가용성의 에폭시수지에, 입경이 5~100㎛인 소수성 실리카를 에폭시 수지 : 소수성 실리카의 중량비로 70:30~55:45의 비율로 배합한 수지조성물의 피막을 0.5~3.0g/㎡의 부착량으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.
  8. 아연도금 또는 아연도금 강판의 표면에, 크로메이트 피막을 금속크롬환산으로으로 30~80g/㎡의 부착량으로 형성하고, 이 크로메이트 피막상부에, 유리전이온도가 293~342°K인 유기용제 가용성의 에폭시수지에, 입경이 5~100㎛인 소수성 실리카를 에폭시 수지 : 소수성 실리카의 중량비로 70:30~55:45의 비율로 배합함과 동시에 에폭시수지 및 소수성 실리카의 성분의 고형분 중합합계 100중량부에 대해 0.5~15중량부의 실란화합물을 배합한 수지조성물 피막을 0.5~3.0g/㎡의 부착량으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.
  9. 아연도금 또는 아연도금 강판의 표면에, 크로메이트 피막을 갖고 있으며, 이 크로메이트 피막상부에, 유리전이온도가 293~342°K인 유기용제 가용성의 에폭시수지에 소수성 실리키와 난용성 Cr 화합물을, 에폭시수지 : (소수성실리카+난용성 Cr화합물)의 중량비로 80:20~50:50, 또한 소수성 실리카 : 난용성 Cr 화합물의 중량비로 37:3~20;20의 비율로 배합한 수지조성물의 피막을 0.3~5.0g/㎡의 부착량으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 크로메이트피막의 크롬부착량(dry)이 금속크롬환산으로 10~200mg/㎡, 바람직하게는 30~80mg/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 소수성 실리카의 입경이 1~500㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 수지조성물 피막의 부착량이 0.5~3.0g/m8z것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.
  13. 제9항에 있어서, 기체수지 : (소수성 실리카+난용성 Cr화합물)의 중량비가 70:30~55:45인 것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.
  14. 제9항에 있어서, 난용성 Cr화합물이 BaCrO4, SrCrO4의 1종 또는 2종으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.
  15. 제9항에 있어서, 수지조성물 피막이 에폭시수지, 소수성 실리카 및 난용성 Cr화합물의 성분이 고형분 중량합계 100중량부에 대하여 0.5~5중량부의 실란화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.
  16. 아연도금 또는 아연도금 강판의 표면에, 크로메이트 피막을 금속 크롬환산으로으로 30-80mg/㎡의 부착량으로 형성하고, 이 크로메이트 피막의 상부에, 유리전이온도가 293~342°K인 유기용제 가용성의 에폭시수지에, 입경이 5~100㎛인 소수성 실리카와 난용성 Cr 화합물을, 에폭시수지 : (소수성실리카+난용성 Cr화합물)의 중량비로 70:30~55:45, 또한 소수성 실리카 : 난용성 Cr 화합물의 중량비로 37:3~20;20의 비율로 배합한 수지조성물의 피막을 0.5~3.0g/㎡의 부착량으로 형성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 난용성 Cr화합물, BaCrO4, SrCrO4의 1종 또는 2종으로부터 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.
  18. 아연도금 또는 아연도금 강판의 표면에 크로메이트 피막을 금속 크롬환산으로으로 30-80mg/㎡의 부착량으로 형성하고, 이 크로메이트 피막상부에, 유리전이온도가 293~342°K인 유기용제 가용성의 에폭시수지에, 입경이 5~100㎛인 소수성 실리카와 난용성 Cr 화합물을, 에폭시수지 : (소수성실리카+난용성 Cr화합물)의 중량비로 70:30~55:45, 또한 소수성 실리카 : 난용성 Cr 화합물의 중량비로 37:3~20;20의 비율로 배합함과 동시에, 에폭시수지, 소수성 실리카 및 난용성 Cr화합물 성분의 고형분 중량 합계 100중량부에 대하여 0.5~15중량부의 실란화합물을 배합한 수지조성물 피막을 0.5~3.0g/㎡의 부착량으로 형성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 난용성 Cr화합물이 BrCrO4, SrCrO4의 1종 또는 2종으로부터 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층피복강판.
