ここで遊離基Rは同一もしくは異なったものであり、そしてそれぞれ水素、または非反応性、有機、線状、分枝、環状、飽和もしくは不飽和、芳香族もしくはヘテロ芳香族の遊離基、好ましくはC1〜C18のアルキルもしくはC6〜C14のアリール、そしてもっと好ましくはC1〜C6のアルキル、シクロアルキル、フェニル、ビニルもしくはアクリルである。等しく適切な疎水性部分は式R1 4−nSiClnもしくはR1 4−nSi(OR2)nのシランから得られることができ、ここでn=1〜4、そしてR1およびR2は同一もしくは異なり、そしてそれぞれ水素、または非反応性、有機、線状、分枝、環状、飽和もしくは不飽和、芳香族もしくはヘテロ芳香族遊離基、好ましくはC1〜C18のアルキルもしくはC6〜C14のアリール、そしてもっと好ましくはC1〜C6のアルキル、シクロへキシル、もしくはフェニルである。遊離基は、さらにフッ素もしくは塩素のようなハロゲン置換基を含みうる。最も好ましくは疎水性部分はトリメチルシリル、ビニルジメチルシリル、アクリルジメチルシリル、もしくはジメチルシリルであり、金属酸化物はトリメチルシリル、ビニルジメチルシリル、アクリルジメチルシリル、およびジメチルシリルからなる群より選ばれる1つ以上の表面部分を有する。
Claims (32)
- (a)樹脂系、および
(b)疎水性金属酸化物、
を含み、前記金属酸化物が、湿式法により製造されて表面にシリル部分を有する疎水性金属酸化物エーロゲルであり、かつ少なくとも350m2/gの表面積を有する、耐食性表面被覆用組成物。 - 前記疎水性金属酸化物エーロゲルが、シリカエーロゲル又はシリカキセロゲルである、請求項1記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、基体に塗布したときに40光沢単位以下の60°光沢レベルを有することによりさらに特徴づけられる、請求項1もしくは2記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、基体に塗布したときに30光沢単位以下の60°光沢レベルを有することにより特徴づけられる、請求項3記載の組成物。
- 前記樹脂系が、アルキド、エポキシ、ウレタン、ポリエステル、セルロース、アクリルおよびそれらの混合物からなる群より選ばれる、請求項1〜4のいずれか記載の組成物。
- 前記樹脂系が、少なくとも1つのアルキドを含む、請求項5記載の組成物。
- 前記樹脂系が、少なくとも1つのエポキシを含む、請求項5記載の組成物。
- 前記疎水性金属酸化物エーロゲルが、トリメチルシリル、ビニルジメチルシリル、アクリルジメチルシリルおよびジメチルシリルからなる群より選ばれる1つ以上の表面部分を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物がさらにキャリアを含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか記載の組成物。
- 前記キャリアが、炭化水素、アルコール、ケトン、エステル、エーテルおよびそれらの混合物からなる群より選ばれる有機溶媒である、請求項9記載の組成物。
- 前記疎水性金属酸化物エーロゲルが、少なくとも40%の疎水性度により特徴づけられる、請求項1〜10のいずれか記載の組成物。
- 前記疎水性金属酸化物エーロゲルが、0.2〜15μmのメジアン粒径を有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか記載の組成物。
- 前記樹脂が10〜95wt%の量で存在し、かつ前記疎水性金属酸化物エーロゲルが0.5〜15wt%の量で存在する、請求項1〜12のいずれか記載の組成物。
- 前記疎水性金属酸化物エーロゲルが、少なくとも500m2/gの表面積を有する、請求項1〜13のいずれか記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか記載の表面被覆用組成物で被覆された表面を有する基体。
- 前記基体の表面が金属である、請求項15記載の基体。
- 基体の表面を請求項1〜14のいずれか記載の組成物で被覆することを含む、基体に耐食性を付与する方法。
- 前記基体の表面が金属である、請求項17記載の方法。
- (a)表面にシリル部分を有する疎水性金属酸化物エーロゲルを用意すること、ここでこの疎水性金属酸化物エーロゲルは、湿式法により製造され、かつ少なくとも350m2/gの表面積を有する、ならびに
(b)前記疎水性金属酸化物エーロゲルを樹脂と混合して、表面被覆用組成物を生成させること、
を含む、耐食性表面被覆用組成物を製造する方法。 - 前記疎水性金属酸化物エーロゲルが、シリカエーロゲル又はシリカキセロゲルである、請求項19記載の方法。
- 前記組成物が、基体に塗布したときに40光沢単位以下の60°光沢レベルを有することによりさらに特徴つけられる、請求項19もしくは20記載の方法。
- 前記組成物が、基体に塗布したときに30光沢単位以下の60°光沢レベルを有することにより特徴づけられる、請求項21記載の方法。
- 前記樹脂系が、アルキド、エポキシ、ウレタン、ポリエステル、セルロース、アクリルおよびそれらの混合物からなる群より選ばれる、請求項19〜22のいずれか記載の方法。
- 前記樹脂系が、少なくとも1つのアルキドを含む、請求項23記載の方法。
- 前記樹脂系が、少なくとも1つのエポキシを含む、請求項23記載の方法。
- 前記疎水性金属酸化物エーロゲルが、トリメチルシリル、ビニルジメチルシリル、アクリルジメチルシリルおよびジメチルシリルからなる群より選ばれる1つ以上の表面部分を有する、請求項19〜25のいずれか記載の方法。
- 前記組成物が、さらにキャリアを含む、請求項19〜26のいずれか記載の方法。
- 前記キャリアが、炭化水素、アルコール、ケトン、エステル、エーテルおよびそれらの混合物からなる群より選ばれる有機溶媒である、請求項27記載の方法。
- 前記疎水性金属酸化物エーロゲルが、少なくとも40%の疎水性度により特徴づけられる、請求項19〜28のいずれか記載の方法。
