Claims (11)
- 광선에 민감한 홀로그래픽 기록 매체 층을 기질에 인가시키는 수단, 매체를 고도로 흡광된 비간섭성 광선에 노출시키는 수단을 포함하는 기질에 인접한 표면 영역에서의 광 감도를 감소시키도록 기록 매체층을 처리하는 수단, 및 경사 프린지 패턴을 기록하기 위해 기록매체를 간섭성 광선에 노출시키는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 효율이 향상된 경사 프린지 홀로그램을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 홀로그래픽 매체가 중크롬산화 젤라틴이고, 비간섭성 광선의 파장이 약 3660Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 매체를 비간섭성 광선에 노출시키는 수단이 매체를 간섭성 광선에 노출시키는 수단 전에 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 매체를 비간섭성 광선에 노출시키는 수단이 매체를 간섭성 광선에 노출시키는 수단 후에 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 매체가 비간섭성 광선의 흡광률을 향상시키는 다이를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 광선에 민감한 홀로그래픽 기록 매체층을 기질에 인가시키는 수단, 매체를 고도로 흡광된 비간섭성 광선에 노출시키는 수단을 포함하는 기질에 인접한 표면 영역에서의 광감도를 감소시키도록 기록 매체층을 처리하는 수단, 경사 프린지 패턴을 기록하기 위해 기록 매체를 간섭성 광선에 노출시키는 수단, 및 기록 매체를 팽윤시키는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경사 프린지 홀로그램내의 효율을 향상시키기 위한 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 홀로그래픽 매체가 중크롬산화 젤라틴이고, 비간섭성 광선의 파장이 약 3660Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 매체가 비간섭성 광선의 흡광률을 향상시키는 다이를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 기록 매체가 약 6-25미크론의 두께로 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
